I think the op is crazy but entitled to his opinion. Tysons power was scary. I think p4p he was a heavier puncher than DW especially considering that Tyson weighed a bit more than DW in a smaller frame. Its an answer well never truly know.

Fury wouldnt have gotten dropped if he hadnt come back from a long ass layoff and abusing his body and mind beyond complete repair.

He's up there on pure one shot power alone for sure. He'd lose to pretty much every great puncher though.

He punches harder than Mike Tyson. He just can't land the punches very often.

Joshua is in the conversation too, 21 KOs in 22 fights with real competition (as opposed to cans).

Wilder probably is the hardest puncher of all time. His right hand is lightning fast and he puts everything into it. It's a wonder he hasn't seriously injured himself before now with a torn major muscle. He throws recklessly and without regard for himself or his opponent and that is that makes him the fighter that he is. Simple as that. He barely has any skill beyond the recklessly thrown right hand.

I am not a particular Mike Tyson fan, I think he is highly overrated, but I am almost completely sure that Tyson would destroy Deontay Wilder. Wilder would not know what to do with Tyson. Tyson would get inside time after time and decimate Wilder's ribcage, his gut, and his chin.

Don't see the evidence whatsoever! Wilder's power has not been proven against durable opponents and / or durable + top opponents.

Let us know when he actually KO's durable opponents cleanly.

I think this is largely down to the fact that (a) you didn't want to see Tyson Fury knocked out, and (b) Wilder only has one punch that means anything and he throws it constantly.

It's kind of like the old Tomb Raider games where you had to guide Lara through a tunnel fitted with some predictably swinging blades that would kill her in one hit if you didn't move through it correctly.

He makes my top 10... hard to gauge still though. Fury isnt exactly iron chinned.

Im sure a prime Lewis, Wlad, Foreman, ect would be looking every bit as powerful as Wilder had they fought the same opponents.

Thats not to say I dont think Wilder isnt immensely powerful... and in truth, he might be the most powerful human below 215lbs ever lol, but Im just saying that its too early to say he hits harder than the likes of a prime Lewis, Wlad, Foreman.

    Imo

No he speaks facts and from experience. One thing about Arreola is he’s pretty straight forward.

It's nearly impossible to rate Wilders power, simply due to the lack of decent names he's fought. Ortiz and Fury are the two best guys he's faced and Fury is known to be chinny and Ortiz is still totally unproven himself, as what punchers has he fought? Out of those two he stopped one of them, the other he put down twice, the second being two full flush power connects, yet Fury got up with little signs of being 'really' hurt.
