Wilder is very very good boxer. Some people underestimate him.

He has good amateur background. He throws wild punches sometimes, but it's because level of his opponents allows him to do it.

He needs to step up as soon as possible.

this is what I am talking. There are new amateur boxers who stepped in ring recently. Wilder seems to be good dude. Better schooled trainer with him ...and he can be there.

Wilder is glass jawed, amateur, bambi on ice fraud. The man has nothing other than power and a bum rush which knocks over bums. Feed him to someone with a pulse now, so we can put this to bed for once and for all.

He's just another Seth Mitchell waiting to be exposed

I lost any little respect I had for him after the Malik Scott dive

He is the opposite of a good boxer. Bullrushing and windmillling does not make for a good boxer.

He has shown a good jab as of late, and of course his right hand is devastating. Hes also very athletic. This fight with stiverne should tell us a lot.

God I hate the use of the term "athletic."

There is no such thing as "athletic." "Athletic" means the ability to do things exceptionally well in the context of your chosen sport or sports. Since all Wilder can do is throw a right hand, showing **** defense, footwork, punch selection, punch placement, head movement and lateral movement, there is just about zero that is "athletic" about him. He is a big, clumsy, gangly, bull-rushing, windmilling oaf, and that is all.

I think we all know that "athletic" is a code word of sorts, but I digress.

I find him fairly athletic for his size and weight. He may be a skilled boxer, but he goes down as soon as Stivern connects. Those chiken legs will be dancing I promise you!

Wilder is just a tall lanky power puncher. Everybody says that chin is suspect and I'm inclined to believe him just by the way his legs look... one hard shot and I have a hard time believing he can hold himself up out.

If anything its Anthony Jousha who is the real deal. He's had far less fights but he shows more natural talent, better punch selection and an overall better grasp of the sport
