I like Joshua more than Wilder, but Wilder is the champ and he now fought Fury, and he has been champion awhile.I don't think anyone with an ego like a World Champion is going to admit they are the B side. Paying them 50/50 gets the fight made.

That might have been the case before the Fury fight, but everyone saw Wilder unofficially lose his belt that night, and I think it's a case where Wilder now needs Joshua way more than the other way round.

If Wilder wants to play hardball then I think Joshua's side just reaches out to Fury instead.

Then they won't get the fight. Fury will. If Fury were not around maybe Joshua would have the fight, but Fury and Wilder sort of have the stage after that last fight, and the fact Fury beat Klitchko before anyone did.

Ok first off judges for this fight will be completely irrelevant. They could have 3 puppies judging the fight. Someone is getting knocked out.

2ndly AJ is A side but that is shrinking. Fast. Wilder needed AJ, now he doesn't need him as badly as he did. Wilder has options and most importantly buzz in America. Ortiz and Fury fights did wonders for DW's notoriety in America. There is a reason AJ was all over ESPN and the US this week he is falling behind here. AJ kind of needs DW now. DW is his avenue to the American market. Like it or not Fury is a bigger name here now because he came and fought DW to a stand still. AJ will always sell out in England. That's fine and dandy. But he has an opportunity that the Klitschkos never had to become global because their is a formidable American rival HW in his era. Klitschkos we're great but they never had an American rival to put them over here, hurt them.

I already know AJ's game plan and it would be mine too. Fight Whyte in April. Come to America and fight Miller in NY end of summer/fall. Miller is the perfect fight for American introduction he will sell the fight and is probably a safe fight but interesting one. Pray DW beats Fury in a rematch. Let DW get Brezeale his mandatory out or the way then they meet top of 2020 in Vegas. First one has to be in America to maximize notoriety and cash. Rematch will always be lucrative in the UK. Fury fight will always be huge in the UK too, but not would make money here as well.

Good to be anyone of them really.
