that wasn't a slip, he fell as a result of a punch then fell again after getting up technically that would have been ruled a k.o victory win for wilder because you cannot get knocked down then fall again after getting up ala zab vs tszyu.

Like someone already said the bell did ring before he fell so it didn't count as a knockdown. Otherwise it would have been a clear knockdown.
