Purse bids? Could be that Hearn stitches Wilder up nicely and forces him to fight Whyte in the UK for less than he offered to make a deal for. Then again, Wilder may receive more financial backing in a purse bids scenario than many are counting on.

Not everyone is cut out to take orders from the likes of Hearn. I'm not going to knock Wilder for his indignation at the stalling and attempted micromanagement of this fight. He's right, Eddie should be intent on making Joshua-Wilder next.

After they lowball and freeze Wilder out lmao, the world will ask them why they don’t want to fight Wilder. They’ll give their excuses but boxing always comes full circle. They can’t escape it. Ive seen it before.

By 2020, after Joshua goes thru that slog, Wilder will be demanding 60-40 and Joshua and Hearn will be asking for 50-50. (LOL)

If Whyte doesn’t have to fight Breazeale in an eliminator...of course they will take it to a purse bid. That’s why I said that boxing always comes full circle. Wilder will get paid and what will Joshua do next...fight old Headvetkin and Pulev and hope that Fury makes it back. I see the writing on the wall.

Why does Wilder wanna miss a golden opportunity to build up his profile? Barely anybody knows him, he should be DESPERATE for the chance to be part of Joshua's event. But no, somebody just laughed at the proud Alabama "slama" statue of his...

He is as stupid as he looks, that's for sure.

This. It's pretty obvious Hearn and Joshua have no interest in making the fight for at least another year or two and Wilder isn't even allowed in the ring to hype the fight, so Wilder would just be wasting his time.

Wilder should just move on for now and keep crushing mandatories. The winner of Joshua-Parker will have to come see him if they want all the titles eventually anyway.

Yeah. "Barely anybody" knows who Wilder is. After Whyte called him out on Saturday, Twitter and Facebook and Instagram were flooded with posts by boxing fans asking:

"Who was this 'Deontay Wilder' person the 'very famous' Dillan Whyte was calling out?"

People in England were utterly confused.

Apparently, they are so backwards and deprived of information from the outside world that they have no idea who athletes are in the sport they follow unless the guy stands right in front of them in person.

From now on, any boxing fan on this site who feels the urge to type "boxing fans in England don't know who Wilder is" ....

Need to stick a pencil in their eye. And if they still feel like typing those words after that, go ahead.

But you're a moron if you still believe what you just typed.

Because boxing fans in the UK know who Wilder is.

There’s no money in American boxing anymore. Britain is where all the money is now.

The three of them would last a lot longer than Wilder anyway.

Who did Whyte shout at? Wilder? Who is that?

Nobody knows what Whyte was talking about. Especially in the UK.

You can't even Google search the name Wilder in the UK, apparently.

He's a total unknown. There's a rumor his bouts don't even broadcast across the pond. There's some Russian satellite that blocks all transmissions from the U.S when Wilder defends the title.

The Mayweather-McGregor PPV sales in the U.S.alone made more money than all the UK boxing PPVs combined.

But, if you want to go with that, feel free.

UK boxing fans know Wilder but the average Joe on the street probably doesn't.
