Wilder on why AJ fight isn't happening

Imagine Joshua said this, everyone will jump on him.

 

Wilder and Haymon are playing chess, AJ and Hearn are playing checkers.

The public perception now is that AJ is ducking Wilder and Fury and that's all that matters, no matter what Hearn and AJ try to say.

 

Even if Wilder beats Fury in the rematch I still think he doesn't deserve 50-50 split with Joshua. I am and will be Wilder fan but let's be realistic. Right now I think Wilder wants to fight Fury, to win and demand the 50-50 split from Joshua. Hopefully Hearn will offer it because right now it looks Joshua wants this fight much more than Wilder. I am glad Wilder he doesn't fight Joshua right now because I prefer to see who is the winner of Wilder-Fury 2 first. But after this fight that winner must fight Joshua. And Joshua will still be the A-side. 3(4) belts to 1 and much more fans for Joshua. And 40-60 would still be fair enough IMO.

 

His fans love it because he's older than Joshua and thus whenever the fight happens and AJ wins they can claim he was too old, things like that will be swept under the rug.

 

Amen, is Reis full of himself or what. Hard watching that guy work a fight. He's like a kid in a candy store rather than a professional quietly monitoring the situation. Refs are supposed to not be noticed. They are there to simply make sure the rules are enforced. Reis fails miserably at this.

 

It's pretty silly when you think about it. Where else can a guy with the skillset and knowledge make more in one night than 99.9% of the population will make in a lifetime? Sometimes these guys lose touch. If they were smart they would do it now, and then again and again and again. Tick, tick, tick...

Wilder isn't much of a boxer and neither is AJ so he should try to fight him instead of a rematch with Fury, who may just decide to be a ring general instead of a 3 ring circus clown. i'm not a fan of any of them, just call it like i see it.
