I saw, pathetic and predictable. I can't believe I was going to give Wilder credit for facing Ortiz. This was all a sham for network tv to buy the fight.

Joshua vs Wilder will be at the start of next year then. Wilder is seriously running out of time.

I wonder how difficult Wilder will make the negotiations for the AJ fight.

That's truly trash. How is Stiverne (who either no showed or failed his own mandatory test)
the mandatory for someone else who failed a test?! I mean, come on!!!

No reason that Wilder should be fighting Stiverne, there's any one of
at least 10 other guys he could/should be fighting.

    Garbage

Wilder deserves all the criticism he gets for weak opposition.

However, his two attempts at fighting legit top opponents were foiled by those two men tested positive for banned substances, so that makes it a little odd at this point. He certainly tried to fight both Povetkin and Ortiz. But, when all is said and done, he didn't and those he has fought have been trash relative to his status as a title holder.

I bet Wilder says it has to happen in Vegas which is DUMB!!!

AJ vs Wilder would be so badass in front of a huge crowd like Wembley. I'm in the US and this fight has to happen in England. I really hope Wilder doesn't demand it happen in Vegas

It's very much a "boy who cried wolf" situation.

Wilder has fought garbage for so long such that very few believe he seriously wanted the Ortiz fight (the truth is he did want that fight to make a statement and get a better deal vs AJ). Besides he acts like an idiot on social media which doesn't help his cause.

I feel a bit sorry for Brezeale in all this. Been training hard and looking forward to a decent fight against Stiverne, only to be dropped like a bad penny. Not even looking for a replacement, so he misses out entirely. No doubt will still get a decent payday though for his troubles.

I must say, I find it hard to criticise Wilder here.

For me, the criticism is only valid if you believe that there is a conspiracy involved behind the test results.

I personally don't so for me, call me naive, but he's tried fighting Povetkin and Wilder, two of the best none Joshua HW fighters out there.

Not sure what else there is to say.

Even though Stieverne claims he was dehydrated guarantee he does worse in the rematch.

Waste of a fight no way around it. AJ and Parker are better champs at this point Wilder watering down the sport

I root against him, make no mistake about that!

Not sure how people can think he did not want to fight Povetkin and Ortiz. He signed legal contracts. If you really think he was going to make up an injury, OK, but that seems a little far fetched and hateful-wishful-thinking.
