I think Wilder stops him early. If he lets it go longer it gives Ortiz another chance to land another of those big punches, and if he lands that again who knows if Wilder survives. I thought it was a miracle he last last time. Wilder has to stop Ortiz early in 2 or 3.

Nah , Wilder is fine bc the longer it goes it goes in his favor as far as getting a knockout ,Ortiz best chances is jumpijng on him early bc Wilder is not a fast starter even with a few quick K.o's hes in with a crafty guy who can punch.

If he jumps on Ortiz im telling you hes going to get caught ,he cannot ramrod that style and against a high boxing IQ of Ortiz ,it would be doing him a favor .

Look for a 7 round or after stoppage of either if that happens, you shouldn't see any knockout before mid rounds here unless its Ortiz this time around.

Wilder has that big right hand If Ortiz can stay away from that & box him he could easily surprise everyone. If it goes 12 Ortiz may win the fight but Wilder will get the nod

It's just Wilder fans trying to make Ortiz look incredible so when Wilder smashes him senseless in a couple of rounds they can pour in here and claim Wilder is the greatest fighter on the planet.

Ortiz looks ridiculously old, seriously old, surely people should be questioning his birth certificate.

He is not 40 years old, no way, I'm older and look years younger than him, I have a drink, the odd cigar and eat whatever I like, I exercise regularly but he is a full time athlete and looks 60 years old.

Frank Bruno looks younger and Bruno is 58 years old, I'm not joking, Lennox Lewis is 54 years old and looks younger.

Ortiz is the "Emperors New Clothes" of boxing, he is bang average, very old, yet people pretend he is something he isn't.

Wilder will smash him to pieces tonight, I believe Fury would make him look ridiculous and the likes of Ruiz. Whyte, AJ and a few other beat him comfortably.

Forget "styles make fight".. Ortiz is too old to get past any legit top 5 fighter.

Ortiz is at least 60 years old, beating him should automatically have people in court for Elder Abuse.

Rematch doesn't happen if Ortiz had any chance of winning.

Still looking fwd to the spectacular KO by Wilder.

Ortiz has taken extra heart medication and blood thinners for this fight.

    Good for him

He looks flabby, with zero skin elasticity, no muscle definition. The only thing that's fresh about Ortiz is his haircut.
Wilder could have made this fight in the summer and moved on to something better but instead this will be his 'signature' 2019 fight :ohno

Ortiz is in better shape than Fury and Ruiz, the two other heavyweight champs aside from Wilder.

Ortiz is ready to war. So is Wilder. I think the difference in the fight could be Wilder's weight.

He was REALLY light in their first fight. I think the added weight will help Wilder tonight.

We'll see. I hope we get a war. Boxing could use a great heavyweight war this year. All the other top heavyweights have been huge disappointments this year. Joshua got dropped four times by a fat late sub and quit. Fury nearly bled to death against a hand-picked nobody. Usyk and Parker fought once against retreads Chazz Witherspoon and Alex Leapai. Whyte fights once and blows his drug test.

I was hoping for big things this year.

Fans should appreciate Wilder and Ortiz II. They put on arguably the best heavyweight fight last year. And they're doing it again tonight.

And most people around here are just complaining about it.

People on this board are idiots. I swear.

It's a rematch of the best heavyweight fight from 2018. And it's for the WBC heavyeweight title.

Anyone who thinks it's meaningless is clueless.
