It didn't matter for Martin or Breazeale because they are not wanting the huge purse Wilder likely wants. You can ignore the economics of the fight if you want to suit your opinion but the fact is Wilder will want a far bigger purse than Breazeale or even Martin wanted to face Joshua and that means the fight will need to be built up to accommodate both mens purse demands.

It's Hearns job to make the fight and that requires building Wilder's profile in the UK to meet his purse demands. What about that don't you get? Wilder isn't going to accept a few million like Martin did, he won't accept $4.5 million for Whyte and wants $7 mill for Whyte so we can safely assume he wants at least that to fight Joshua. Where do you think the money will come from to pay Wilder and Joshua, it won't come out of thin air. Wilder/Joshua while a big fight isn't going to currently sell like Joshua/Wlad did and chances are Wilder wants the kind of purse that Wlad got or close to it, which means the fight needs building up, Joshua/Wilder right now isn't selling 1.5 mill PPV buys. So you can stick your head in the sand and expect Hearn to pull millions out of thin air to meet Wilder's purse requirements but the rest of us have to live in the real world.

The $10 million I am referring to is what Povetkin offered Wilder for a voluntary defence after he won the WBC title. Wilder and his team declined so it's safe to say they'll want more than $10 mill to cash out vs Joshua.

I get Wilder doesn't want to fight Whyte, he made that very, very clear lol.

If you can't see it then I can't help you, I can't go through every offer made and counter claim.

But Joshua more than likely has a rematch with WK, it looks very likely that will happen.

So Hearn offered Wilder the chance to come here and earn a career high payday and create interest in a big stadium fight down the line with AJ but Wilder pretty much point blank refused, he priced himself out.

According to you Whyte is just somebody who AJ sparked, not highly ranked and is a joke so why would you want 7.5 million?

Why? If it's an easy night, no problem then take a career high payday and move on, easy money.

We will see what Wilder does next, who he fights and what's he is paid then we can compare the two offers.

Hearn will have to work with Haymon. And the reason Hearn wants to build Wilder Joshua because after Wlad, Fury and Wilder...there is nobody on the horizon
The problem is you don't know the economics of the fight. You don't know what Wilder wants because they haven't negotiated. All know what is Wilder said through social media and that isn't negotiating a fight. That's fight talk. And ppv in the UK is trash. They aren't true ppv numbers. You don't know what Wilders true purse demands are. Again you just read social media of him shitting on Whyte.

And Headvetkin offering the champion 10 mil to fight away from home is something that he didn't even have to acknowledge. Throw money at the situation and if you don't take it then you say what YOU said. Headvetkin talked all this crap about wanting to fight in America, saw the true threat and took the fight to purse bids to get the fight at home. Headvetkin won and still took PED's.

Hearn is NOT Wilders promoter or manager. What part don't you get? Wilder wants to fight AJ, and if Wlad doesn't do the rematch and AJ fights Pulev im going to call Joshua the biggest ***** in the UK.

So you'll judge AJ for fighting his mandatory Pulev? (Who is a top 10 HW)

But give Wilder a pass for his 40 fights vs Uber drivers, sanitation workers, off duty cops, substitute teachers and rickshaw riders?

    Smh.

There's no evidence of this $10m offer anywhere to be found. Got a link?

You've got it the wrong way round. It's Wilder calling out AJ not the other way round. If Wilder doesn't need him then why is he calling him out?

Fact is it's Wilder who isn't on AJ's immediate radar. Joshua has Wlad, Fury and 2 mandatory challengers in line as well as the long anticipated Parker fight. That's 2 years worth of fights right there, Wilder knows he is at the back of the queue and Hearn knows with Wilder not facing anyone decent anytime soon he can wait on Wilder to come around.

It was all over this forum in 2015, but I don't have any links. Even if it was bull**** it's safe so say he wants more than the $7 mill he wants from Whyte. So whatever his actual purse demands will be it will be larger than what Martin wanted and so will require the fight to be built up to meet the purse demands from both men.

Joshua doesn't need Wlad at all. The rematch is a waste of time and Wlad isn't going to take it anyway. Fury doesn't even have a licence , he may never fight again. He's a non starter for the time being.
Wilder should be first on Joshua's list. I want to see champs fight champs.

Joshua vs Wilder is the best fight to be made in the division and he right up there at the end of the que as far as im concerned. That fight needs to happen.
