Naw, it's not about me but rather you responding like a child and you know it. When you run out of positive feedback then you start talking like you're stuck on stupid. You trying to twist it but it ain't gonna work because I can twist that crap right back at you. Now what you need to do is sit down in a corner with a dunce cap on your head and think about all the dump crap you been saying because a mind is a terrible thing to waste. LOL. Stay there until your drawers suck up in yo ass. lol. Then you might understand how to talk some sense. I double posted because sometimes a person has to say things twice for a dummy to comprehend. Did you comprehend?

Actually there's obvious questions, the fight would have been made or gotten to serious negotiations otherwise. AJ has sold out a 90k seat soccer stadium, while Wilder can't even sell out smaller arenas, not mention he hasn't even sold out in the honkytonks of Alabama.

Don't let the facts get in the way of a good story...

I can not get my head around why Wilder wouldn't take an easy massive payday against Whyte which if he looked good would make increase the AJ payday by millions...

It is a total no brainer..

It's no question for me because I know this country I live in. Like I said in a previous post. AJ has been hyped in the UK since the Olympics and he had been knocking out challengers. The UK was hungry for a heavyweight champion with substance and he was the answer to their prayers. Of course he is going to fill up a stadium. My point is this, it would take much to hype Wilder on this side of the pond because of the natural rivalry that exist in boxing between the US and the UK. Plus it's a heavyweight fight. Wilder would get mass support. The key would be to keep the PPV reasonably priced.

He doesn't take it because he, or his handlers....aren't sure he can pull out the win. Clearly they see Whyte as too much risk. Says enough about Wilder I think...

Wouldn't it be easier to simply admit you are a Wilder fan?

    Its not a crime Manfred.

Plus am I really wrong when I claim that AJ has greater drawing power than Wilder?

Why is that so hard for you to accept?

    Is it not the truth?

Do you want to do a forum poll on it?

I think that Whyte needs to fake being arrested for being drunk in public, giving the impression that he is a wino, have picture of him in an alley with a wine bottle, then perhaps Wilder will fight him, but as long as a fighter has a chance of beating Wilder, Wilder will not fight that person, he must be guaranteed a win....................

Until Whyte updates his Twitter bio to include his loss, I never want to see him fight again

    Wilder's excuses:
"I don't fight drug cheats" *smokes pot*
"There's not enough money" *refuses 4.5m*
    "He's a nobody" *fights a nobody*
"I broke my hand beating aforementioned bum" *takes a year off and avoids all mandatories*

I think Whyte sucks and really isn't any better than Wilder's past competition.

But it does sound like Wilder is ducking.

I can see Wilder being afraid of:
    • Whyte. Even though he shouldn't be.
    • Simply looking bad against Whyte (compared to Joshua).
    • This leading to a showdown with Joshua (who Wilder is probably terrified of).

Or perhaps Hearn just wanted the fight to be held in the UK. That would definitely send Wilder running for the hills.

Honestly, venue would probably be a huge problem. Hearn would want a huge venue. While Wilder really, really likes Alabama.

Forgive me if i am misreading this. But if Wilder feels he sholdnt fight Whyte because he isnt on his or Joshua's level. Does that mean he believes Washington/Arreola/Molina is on Joshua's level? If he does he should watch his fights against Molina and Washington and then watch Joshua's performance against Molina. All he will find is that Wilder himself is not on Joshuas level.
dont get me wrong, Joshua is flawed, not a perfect fighter, but technically he is above Wilder by some stretch.

There is real questions about Wilders drawing power.
He would get a huge boost as mentioned above by the idea of the UK vs US Heavyweight tital fight.
But still it is clear that AJ has far more drawing power than Wilder.
A lot of people in the UK either don't know Wilder or simply don't take any interest because he fights nobody of any real note.
This isnt me slating Wilder, im just being honest.
A lot of UK buyers buying this would be largely casuals who will buy every AJ fight regardless of who it is against, they wouldn't be buying it because they are interested in seeing Wilder, or how AJ does against someone like Wilder.
Alot of people bought the Klitschko fight because, whatever way we slice it, aged, shot, over the hill...
Wlad was a huge step up for AJ and that generates interest because he is a household name.
Wilder, to the UK is not anywehre near a household name, if he fights Whyte and beats Whyte then he will become a lot more known here = more interest, bigger fight.
I hope he takes the Whyte fight and although i quite like Whyte and think Whyte could beat Wilder, i hope Wilder would win to set up another massive fight for AJ.

I dont think he should have to audition for a Joshua fight.
Whether anyone likes it or not he is the WBC Champion and therefore a unification makes sense between him and AJ.

    But...
AJ is tied up with a potential Klitschko rematch then a Mando in Pulev according to Hearn.

While AJ is doing that, why doesnt Wilder earn more money than he normally would by fighting Whyte, if Whyte is not on the same level as AJ like Wilder believes then he should have no problem in beating him. It generates interest for a Wilder v AJ fight, gets him known in the UK and earns him a bigger audience and a far bigger payday than fighting Washington in Alabama?
