Jarrell Miller would've been a far better American standard bearer, he was likable, good personality, able to articulate himself well etc..........if only he wasn't so determined to become radioactive. Also, too bad that Mike Hunter just never really caught on as a possible option.

Personally I'm waiting for Jared Anderson, I could care less if Wilder fights again.

This is it for me. Like love him or hate him crowds like to watch him fight. He knocks people out, good or bad quality of competition, same reason why people liked any KO artist. And It stirs up interest in the division. Who cares if he hasn't beaten any 'real champions' he gave Tyson Fury a hell of a trilogy that defined both their careers. Tyson Fury has a unfortunately **** poor resume, Wilder at least imo gave him legitimacy as a champion and provided the greatest real challenge of Fury's career.

But if you haven't seen these fights to date, what makes you think that you are going to see them now?

The WBC now hate Dillian Whyte and have dropped him to #6.

I think most likely it would be against Parker or Joyce.

Hearn is pushing the Whyte fight, Errr Wilder ends Whytes career, in my opinion Hearn wants Whyte destroyed.

it would be nice if a BOXER (someone that possesses the fundamental skills of the sweet science) were to win the belts. Wilder does not fit the bill. His days are over.

He still has a lot to prove and does offer some fun fights ie. Whyte, Joshua, Ruiz, Possibly Joyce etc.
Will be watching him again if he's willing to fight serious competition.

In regards to needing an American Champ... I think they do, but not him. Does a lot for the game and makes it easier for me to watch time wise if they fight in US haha
I don't see Usyk or Joshua holding much or any fights in US if their career progresses

He's doing it for Murica, what a man. Murica needs him in its darkest hour. And he will rise up with his statue and lead them.
Peoples are taking the bread off their tables. Muricans be starving.

Muricans dominated boxing because they basically did the same trick they do with baseball, calling it a world championship but more or less only allowing their own population to compete. As soon as the Iron Curtain fell, and those populations were allowed to compete in pro sports of 'The West', the dominance ended very quickly. Everyone knows that many fighters from ex Soviet zones ended up being champions in the space of a few decades. It's quite remarkable how quickly and easily they did it, even without the same backing. If 'world championship' pro boxing had been 'open' like this from the beginning, Murica would only have a fraction of the 'greats'.

So you're not a fan of Americans then?
