Fury's dirtiness was really just headlocking. I did not see any illegal blows. I remember one rabbit from Wilder.

They say no excuses but then list a laundry list lol. But I am not going to be outraged about this. That is the norm in boxing. It's lame that they can't at least give any credit to Fury though.

But by the same token, you gotta give Fury props because he didn't cry about that draw, and he had every right to.

I don't doubt that's exactly what he told 78Sports. Bootleg D is pretty tight with some of those LDBC clowns and he gives interviews to them fairly regularly. And look at the utterly ridiculous excuses he made after the first fight if you doubt it. They weren't just ridiculous they were fantastical.

I'd forgotten and had another look. Unbelievable.

As in I don't believe any of them Deontay.

Anyway, is this what you do after a defeat if you want to try and create a narrative of 'We wuz robbed' and see if you can spin that into interest for the rematch? It's desperate stuff either way...

Nah, whilst he obviously wanted the rematch and part III of the trilogy, he just couldn't handle the fact he lost the first fight in the vast majority of fan's eyes, and he clearly did lose the rematch in resounding fashion and of course he's utterly delusional beyond words.

Remember when the Wilder clowns even had a video of the knockdown up after the first fight and they'd doctored the timer counter (which has the seconds and decimals down to hundredths or thousandths) so it skipped to "10" prematurely, and Wilder was reposting it as proof of a long count ?
    LOL

Idiots. The lowest of the low.

He also claimed he was nervous in the first fight (weird excuse for a pro fighter) and came in too light.

He should not be taking the rematch IMO, it was a mismatch and will probably be worse in the trilogy fight. Fury never hit top gear when beating him down.

If they fight again soon, Fury might actually catch a body on his record.

Someone better prepare this clown for the disappointment of a third loss to Fury. I see the next fight going exactly the same as the last. Fury bullying the smaller guy and busting him up. Hope they don’t stop it because it will probably be the last time we see Wilder in a big fight.

Also, I watched the fight several times and saw just as many behind the head punches from Wilder as I did from Fury, probably more. Wilder also threw a desperation backhand punch and hit on the break without being given a warning. I was cool with it because both guys were doing it. Also, that right to the ear, looked like it caught some shoulder first and didn’t look like a meaningful punch. The left they preceded it was more damaging(first KD).

I felt sorry for Wilder after the fight but this talk makes me want to see him get the beating he deserves. The beating he would have gotten if they didn’t throw in the towel. He was lifeless at that point, absorbing punishment on Bambi legs. Fury had him solved from the opening bell. Those telegraphed right hand bombs were too easy for Fury to defuse. I just hope the next fight happens after the AJ fight because it’s way more interesting. Wilder Fury III will be Wilder’s going away party from the sport. Fury has his number.

Disgusting how Wilder and Deas have continued to criticize Breland for stopping it.

Did Wilder actually speak on this program? I'm confused and also not going to listen to it.

If I were him, I'd agree to step aside if the Fury AJ fight happens and he is guaranteed to fight the winner, it would be a huge payday and give him some time to recover.

After a beating like that, I highly doubt he will be allowed by his advisers to take a third fight so soon. He will need to take time off before he jumps in the mix again.

I’d like to see Wilder get a tune up fight next. Let’s see where he’s at. Unfortunately, he’s probably aware that if he doesn’t exercise his rematch clause he’ll never get another fight with Fury ever again. It’s now or never I’m guessing
