His resume is questionable, and we all know about his sub-par technical ability, but ultimately the record books will show:
- 5 year WBC title reign
- 10 defenses
- KO'd (or KD'd) every man he ever faced

So yes, he will surely make it to the HOF

 

I know trainers can get in, but it's my opinion that a respectable hall of fame would never induct actors.

Also, if Sylvester is in, why not Morikawa and Takamori? Ashita no Joe and Hajime no Ippo have had a lasting impact on Japanese culture and especially Japanese boxing culture. They basically inducted him for no real reason, since they don't induct other people for similar reasons.

 

put them in the Japanese HOF then.... If you can't see why....there's no use here.
