Parker didn't eat any right hand in 12 rounds, his timing and slipping was on point. Joshua is a lot more robotic and easier to hit.
That’s the worst Wilder that’s been seen, never mind poor timing there was no menace or presence from him at all,he looked his age and some tonight. Did Fury ruin Wilder and has Wilder also ruined Fury, wel see soon enough.Well done Parker not many saw the fight playing out like this .
He beats both 100% Should have beat prime Aj that actually wasn't afraid to get hit Parker should forget his friendship with Fury and gun for him, but I suspect Fury is retiring after he fights usyk
He doesn’t care anymore; all he is talking about is his daughter’s birthday, and investing his money, and the psychedelics he has been doing, and how happy and blessed he is….he is done. Also he came in light because he is old. Fury has the body type where it takes effort to lose weight. Wilder has the body type where it takes effort to put on weight. Obviously he doesn’t put in the effort anymore. His timing and explosiveness are gone. He might be back to make some more money but he is done at the top.
Parker surely has to be a front runner amongst the current contenders to be a World Champion again once more,I’d certainly like to see the Joyce rematch .
Rarely wise stepping up your competition beyond your best win when you're rusty or declining through age, let alone both... That said, we've never really known where Wilder's ceiling was because he was so loathe to risk finding out. I've always thought AJ beats Wilder and short of getting his pants pulled down by bang average Wallin I don't see that opinion changing.
I really think it’s a mixture of this and him simply being overrated. He was always dangerous but he has a single solid win against Ortiz, who was also equally unproven in the professional ranks. He did well shading Fury but we never really saw him in there with a prime top 10 guy. Tonight we did and he got schooled. Prime for prime I wouldn’t be certain Wilder beats Parker.
There's a lot of delusional and even outright unpleasant Wilder fans on here... As usual, you're cut from different cloth my dude. I can't disagree with anything you say here - I'd only add that we don't really know exactly where Fury's level was in those fights either... We know peak Fury (against Wlad) was effective, if awful to watch, but since his return it's been unclear whether he was at any point back to his best.
AJ would've killed this version of Wilder. And I say that as someone who isn't Joshua's biggest fan. The funny thing is he and Hearn were so scared they didn't make the fight. Their loss. Imagine if they'd fought Wilder now, they'd be in the driving seat for either a belt or for a big money Fury fight.
Mate Redbeard is going to be distraught - all his trolling and triangle theories blown up in smoke thanks to Parker, a man he trashed because Joshua beat him. Agreed, people bang on about Fury being unbeatable and the best ever but looking at his resume, he beat Whyte, a past it Wlad, and Wilder who is nowhere near as good as many thought (including myself).
