Only possible reasoning is that while Stiverne is looking bad lately, Wilder's looking worse ... ?

Stiverne vs Povetkin was the eliminator. The WBC basically gave Povetkin a pudding to earn back his mandatory for Wilder. Dumbass Povetkin blew it a second time so Stiverne got the mandatory by default.

Wlad was in similar situations with the Thomson rematch and the Leapai mandatories. Both those no hopers got the mandatories by default.

You defended Wlad tooth and nail when he took those fights. Your hypocrisy and double standards tells me you're only a fanboy and not a true fan of the sport.

 

Wait a second. Laepai beat Boytsov as far as I recall, Thompson fought Harris in an eliminator (albeit not a "final" eliminator). Yet both men beat someone in the ring to get their mandatory shot. Who did Stiverne beat?

I understand your point both of these fights were not fully advertised as "official final eliminators" but they at least carried some sort of elimination worthiness. Unlike anything Stiverne has done in the last couple years!

 

Thompson II was made IBF mando after his fight with Chambers fell threw. Admek ducked Pulev in a finial IBF eliminator and instead of granting Pulev the mandatory they made him face another 2-3 names.

The Leapai mando is an example of Wlad manufacturing fake eliminators between bums to artificially boost up his defence count.

 

Answer the question: Thompson beat Harris; Leapai beat Boytsov. Who has Stiverne beat?
