Stirverne doesnt want none of Luis Ortiz but he'll take on Deontay Wilder??...that looks bad on Wilder. Ortiz should be ranked no. 1 contender because of that.

Stirverne hasnt fought in over a year, 14th of November 2015 to be exact and he won a decision over some guy named Rossy.

However some of us have said that he should fight his mandatory and hes doing that in fighting Stirverne.

Yeah I think so. In the sense that Stirverne is not scared of Wilder but hes scared to fight Ortiz. Is Wilder not scary? Lol

The thing is,once he fights stiverne hes got nowhere to hide,he will have to fight arreola for the trilogy,he will lose all credibility otherwise

They should just forget traditional marketing and sell it via straight clickbait.

"The rematch boxing doesn't want you to see!"

"You won't believe what's next for outer space potato man Bermane Stiverne!"

"Alabama boxing fans are delighted about this controversial new rule!"

"Mama June's transformation will blow you away (Wilder's next defense?)!"

    Out of curiosity,as a brit,wilder is seen as a joke,is he a household name in america ?
Aj seems to get slated as hes not fought the reincarnation of ali yet in his 17th fight, yet hes fighting the 2nd most dominat hw champ in history in his next.(not that i rate him so great)
But his highest profile fight is stiverne, did anyone know him ?
Now after saying hes after all the titles, hes fighting stiverne again.prob pick up an injury and come back fight arreola for the 3rd time.in essence, wilder is fighting this smoke screen of a title run as american hw champ, but does anyone even care let alone fall for it ?

I refuse to believe that he has absolutely no say in who he fights. Im am sure he isnt broken up that its a stiverne rematch instead of a fight against Parker. No he isnt the only one to blame as the wbc is also a disgrace.

I'm from the US and I honestly can't imagine anyone I know even being aware of any modern day boxer.

No one here knows Wladimir Klitschko, Golovkin, Tyson Fury, Canelo, Wilder, Joshua, etc.

    Where I am:
Whites follow American football or basketball.
    Asians follow basketball.
    Hispanics follow soccer.
    Blacks follow basketball.

this is a joke... how the the wbc actually explain this. Ortiz should be #1 . and whyte vs brezeale in a final eliminator?...
would rather see pulev or andy ruiz in a final eliminator .

Without sounding patronising, apart from wilder in that mix, none are american,so that might explain why interest has dwindled, barring the hardcore fan in the u s.
It is annoying tho,how when anyone other than the u s has an obvious world class fighter takinv on anyone,is disregarded as hype.
If aj was american,he'd have a playstation game named after him and be the next tyson, foreman etc,but all he gets is mocked as hes not fought the best ever after 17 fights.
Ggg is obviously special, doesnt get near the praise hagler, hopkins and the like got.
Brook gets slated because no one will fight him,he steps up 2 weights to fight the man no middleweight will fight yet still gets ridicule for being scared of thurman and co.
Al haymon and mayweather have done a hell of a brainwashing job were it has actually got to the point were so called hardcore boxing fans praise fighters for their business sense and avoiding fighters,to the point they are made up with the fact they avoid fights because its high risk and not enough award.
If thats your buzz watch the fckin apprentice or something, the fighters who are willing to take risks and test themselves are the ones who get ridiculed, yet the ones who charge thru the nise to watch them beat folly are heralded as great because they dont lose.
Baffles me to say the least

Which coincides with lewis and klitschko ending the usa's century long domination of hw boxing.
But as a point,if aj was an american, there would be a boom again in america.i just dont see the point in the wilder charade, how are you going to generate interest by making out hes this killer when u got arreolla in the other corner
