I asked you what did he do wrong. This doesn't answer my question. What did Wilder do wrong?

I'm sorry, I just don't believe that at all. I don't think anyone here would care about Joshua even if he were American.

Maybe if Joshua started assaulting people, beating up women, flaunting his wealth, and making racist remarks (a la Mayweather, Mike Tyson, Ali), then he might get some love here.

Like i said, its not a slight on americans as such.im of the thinking that if a fighter is good or great,i'll judge him on performance and basically what i see with my own eyes.
Floyd mayweather as talented and as great as he is,how does the boxing world fall into the **** he can be classed anywhere near as great as pac ?
He could have been but chose the diva route and chose to say,im not fighting cotto....i'll fight gatti, baldomir, ortiz etc
The whole boxing world begged for the pac fight,he retired, stated hed fight him after every fight when he came back, every fighter floyd wouldnt fight, pac fought, while in reality hes at least 1 weight class more realistically 2 below floyd.
He beat a version of pac light years from the version he **** out of fighting.watch pac cotto, then watch "the fight of the century" tell me theyre anywhere near the same fighter, then watch floyd vs maidana 1 and 2 and tell me floyd wouldnt cause floyd more problems.
Pac stepped up to fight ledwaba, barrera, marquez, morales, dlh, hatton, cotto, marquez etc, floyd flew past tszyu, fought brussels, baldomir, judah etc.
Why is there even comparison ?
Speak to my manager al haymon bull****;khans doing it now.every fcker near rigondeaux weight class is.
Ggg is getting called for not fighting canello at 155 for the 160lb title, same with cotto,or getting called for not stepping up and begging for a fight with a big pay day in canello, yet hsgler is the best ever for beating ex lightweight duran and ex ww hearns whilst losing to 5 yesrs retired ex ww leonard,or hopkins beating ex lightweight dlh ex ww trinidad and wright.
Im not slagging either off as they were great, but where is the difference ?
Badically as i said people are arguing hheir fighters greatness saying, why should he take risks hes got easier fights with no risk and basically praising business sense,in effect buzzing off the fact of what is killing off boxing as an elite sport.
    Frampton fighter of the year
Quote "i'll fight any of the champions apart from rigondeaux" its not even questioned any more.just digging boxing deeper into the grave

I'm a big Wilder fan but this fight is pointless. It is time for Wilder to step up and fight someone. **** Ortiz should get a shot before this rematch that no one wants to see. Wilder should be facing the winner of Parker vs. Fury next. The WBC seems to be trying to make sure Wilder keeps the title. Sad because Wilder is getting better but I'm still not sold on his chin same with Joshua.

    Do you dissagree ?
Wouldnt you rather see the best fight the best or are you more into paying to watch mismatches but praising fighters for their business accumen ?

Boxing is subjective till the said fighters prove it against each other, but in all honesty, can you see wilder coming anywhere near beating haye or aj.
As much flak as i might get,hed have a good chance vs tyson fury, but, them loopi g telegraphed punches, against the speed ,power and technique of a haye, even at this stage or a joshua,he has got slim chance of ladting oast 3 rounds

Well at least now you understand what I meant before about how it can look bad for Wilder.

Hmm..so now its 'bigger fish to fry' you might be on to something here. Could the Bomb Squad have told Stirverne about a rematch earlier? What annoys me is the WBC set up an elimination match between Ortiz and Stirverne and Stirverne who openly turned down the fight gets his defiance rewarded with a no.1 ranking! You'd be hard pressed to find Stirverne ranked ahead of Ortiz on anyone heres top 10 heavyweights list and Stirverne had the chance to prove everyone wrong for doing so, but deciding not to squeeze in Ortiz and earning the mandatory, just strengthens those heavyweight lists where Stirverne is ranked lower than Ortiz IMO.

I wouldn't be surprised if we fast foward to 2025, a 39-year-old Deontay Wilder will be WBC champion still, 58-0 unbeaten record and breaking Joe Louis's record of 25 successful defences.

Of course there will be a lot of legit talk of why he didn't fight Joshua, and Parker, and anyone named Fury, or why he only fought this guy and that guy when they were decprepit alcoholics, why he waited until Luis Ortiz was 99 years old, and where they hell they managed to find all these bums and tomato cans, and why he never gave Dustin Nichols a rematch, and all the circumstances surrounding that.
But somehow they made him into an All-Time Great.
