MMA's weight cuts are derived from wrestling...and wrestlers (or even MMA fighters for that matter) don't get belted in the head the way boxers do - whether as effectively, as much or for as long.

There's a very good reason boxers don't do MMA type re-hydrations, despite the myths publicized or advocated by some on this forum.

I can never decide whether people on this forum genuinely believe this stuff or are just bored and looking to amplify hypothetical match-ups / scenarios in new and more interesting ways.

Anyway, its a good way to get someone killed.

Edit...just realized cruiser is now 200lb's (it used to be 190lb's) so I supposed its not as terrible as it first read. Still doubt it'd be a healthy or fruitful move.

And I don't think he can go lower I said 220 because that's the lowest weight i know or remember

Oh he could have decapitated people at cruiser, but he might have found himself weight drained and lethargic.

He might have found himself fighting on hollow legs.
