Wilder will be ringside at Jeddah in 3 weeks, that will really show he has returned. The winner v Wilder would be a good fight
Indeed. We need these four fights before they all ride off into the sunset, which is likely soon for all of them. Wilder vs Usyk Wilder vs AJ Fury vs Usyk Fury vs AJ
AJ is mentally finished when he sees the Bomb Squad at ringside It's the smartest business move for Wilder. Wilder, AJ, Fury & Usyk can make a lot of money from each other. The only outcome which will ruin that mix is AJ beating Usyk because Usyk will never be touched again...probably forced to retire.
He doesn't even deserve to be ringside coming off back-to-back biblical shellacking stoppage losses in his own backyard. He should be 0-3 on his own soil against the only prime world class fighter he fought under 35. If he wants a shot at the champ let him earn it the only way he knows how - by fighting a whole host of bums on PBC.
This is what will happen in reality: Usyk beats AJ Fury vacates his WBC belt Wilder wins the WBC belt back beating some stiff in America AJ & Fury fight anyway (Fury easily wins and retires) Wilder holds WBC belt hostage and retires. Usyk beats a few mandatories and retires. We get blue balled. Debates for the next 50 years about who would win Fury or Usyk.
What's fair is fair! I mean he did lose twice on the bounce, surely that's deserving of challenging the unified champion next? Oh. My. Days.
Wilder is a dangerous fighter if he's still got self-belief. I don't like his style but that right hand is undeniable.
