I for one wouldnt be surprised.Povetkin will smash him to pieces and wipe the floor with that american hype job whose call to fame are victories over Duhaupas,Szilpka and Stiverne, and dozens of bouncers and taxi drivers. Even with a limited toughman like Szilpka he looks less than stellar and was lucky to get through with a good punch in order to keep his zero. Hell,no way that he ever fights Povetkin!:---(
3 defences as WBC strap holder, and still not a top 30 ranked HW opponent in those 3 defences. My good Lord, how does anyone get away with that:huh His entire career before that was littered with low grade bums, taxi drivers, has been's and the odd paid diver.
If he wants to keep the belt he HAS to fight Povetkin so I do think the fight will happen. The WBC even granted him an extra voluntary last fight. We will see. If he could get out of it I believe he would.
Povetkin might get frozen out. No doubt he KO's Wilder and that would deprive Haymon of a fight with Fury.
He should invest large amounts of his winnings in Campbell's soup. They have been around a long time and contribute to american families dinner table with a wide variety of excellent soup choices. Hmmm Hmmm....GOOD.
Sulaiman has said if both parties agree they can do whatever they want. I stick by it, these 2 never fight. Forget about it.
Ryabinsky doesn't want step aside money, he has plenty. Wilder will have to fight him or dump the belt.
Povetkin is Wilder's manditory...has been for a while now. Sasha is delaying his inevitable Baptism by canvas.
From what I've read in different articles, it seems Wilder is pushing for the fight. So I don't think he's ducking Povetkin at all, it will get made.
:nut Povetkin couldn't even KO Marco Huck...hell....he couldn't even hit him Sasha is getting carried out on a stretcher:deal
