Have you ever heard the term "rope-a-dope" ? Have you ever saw Ali Foreman ? Ali disagrees with you that "going against the ropes is not a good thing any fight".

Are you new to boxing ? Fighting off the ropes has been utilized by a long list of boxers throughout history, but not every boxer knows how to do it effectively. Canelo showed how well he can fight off the ropes, GGG hasn't. It's just not in GGG's arsenal. Even BCS8 didn't dispute that point because he knows it's true.

This. Also, Canelo is a very dangerous and experienced counter puncher, so GGG would've been crazy to have attacked Canelo as recklessly as Widler was attacking Fury.

Quantity != Quality

 

I'm all about quality, you know that by now. It's like Canelo GGG 1. Sure GGG threw more punches, had the more "quantity" of punches, but who landed the quality punches? Who landed the harder cleaner effective punches? You know the answer : it was Canelo.

When I post, I don't just post to "stay busy". It's to challenge other posters by making relevant points and doing so in an effective manner. And although we're on different sides when it comes to Canelo GGG, it's a good matchup stylistically when we go at it, becuase you don't back down either. That's how you gain respect, by showing that you can talk boxing with anybody even those who disagree with what you're saying.

 

lmao, Wilder only has the chance to take opponents out as he would be outboxed by the majority of the elite level fighters.
GGG can easily outbox and outpoint the elite as we all saw vs. Canelo.
