I think Joshua has been a bit gun shy since the Klitschko fight with only one legitimate stoppage since. Arguably, he’s a better boxer than he was pre Klitschko, but the walking in and blasting opponents out version is no more. That mentality has been punched out of him and this version is more respectful of the fact that any heavyweight can be caught, so why swing for the trees and make it 50/50 when you can box and make it 90/10.

He’s also been fighting better opposition in fairness. Parker is tough, Ruiz is underrated. It’s not like he got the reputation for being a big hitter by annihilating amazing opposition. You’d largely expect most heavyweights who weren’t lacking in power to get rid of the likes of Gavern, Sprott, Cornish and so on.

Arguably his most impressive statement on his way up was flattening Kevin Johnson.

The post that this thread so badly needed, that this forum so badly needed. Copy and paste this into every Joshua thread post Klitschko, it would clear up a lot of arguments!

BT suggesting Tyson is in full training camp in America. I hope so.

Very good sign that he is committed to the top fight in the division - hope all the hard work pays off in the ring as Wilder is the man to beat.

John Fury speaking last night confirmed Tyson flew to America on Thursday and suggests he’ll be coming in nearer 19st and putting it on Wilder in the rematch. He says Tyson gets him out of there early....

I prefer John ‘the bully’ Fury. With his 7% KO ratio as a pro. Impressive at 8-4 (1 KO) and stopped twice himself...

Seen a Frank Warren interview from last night saying Wilder vs Fury II will be announced next week. I'm sure he's said that before though. Also, wasn't there supposed to be a big announcement to do with his deal with BT? That never came.

Is anyone going to this? Could do with some company.

My usual boxing mate is under the thumb of his missus!

COOL! Hopefully Wilder will finally end the dubious reign of the Gypsy...uh, something.

No offense or disrespect to Fury fans, I just don't like the guy's fighting style.

Pleasantly surprised it’s happening on 22nd February as I honestly thought it would’ve been announced for spring time. Fair play.

Have a feeling Wilder will get an "injury" & they'll be a delay
