    From the 'drivel' you spout.

You should apologise to @Hattonmad who you mocked about the fight on this date.

I thought Tyson was contracted to BT not Warren?

Not sure either fighter need to fully prep for the other. Wilder seems to just practice throwing a right hand. Fury will just stick to his usual evasion tactics. The fight will be a repeat of the first in terms of flow. It's all about of Wilder can detonate on that chin again.

You've not addressed any of the points I've made.

As for apologising, don't make me laugh. I'm sure he doesn't feel the need to apologise for telling all and sundry for four months that Ruiz was going to beat Joshua again and nor should he.

Can't help but think this fight would not be happening had Joshua lost to Ruiz for a second time. All seems a bit rushed and somewhat a mess in terms of promotion, broadcast etc!! That poster for example looks amateurish!! Wtf!?

Clearly not. Explains why Sky have been talking about this fight a lot more recently. At the end of the day, Fury is Bob Arum’s fighter and he will call the shots. Maybe he decides it’ll be on BT, but that is Arum’s choice. I think it would be better promoted with Sky personally which is needs because as somebody mentioned, it’s all gonna be a bit rushed I think.

Also , somebody wrote online that Fury’s deal with BT was 5 fights which is now up. Hence the rights being up for grabs.

If this ends up on Sky then damn Warren will be dying inside.

The man is absolutely seething. Every day he's been on here for months, hoping and praying the fight wouldn't be made, slating anyone who said it would. All this despite the fact Wilder, Fury, Davison, Arum, Finkel, Warren and bloody Paris Fury all confirmed months ago that the fight is happening February 22nd in Vegas. Making out like I dreamed it up myself, trying to make a fool out of me. Well once again Hayers has made a fool of himself out of sheer hatred for the best heavyweight in the world. He said it wouldn't happen the first time and he learned nothing from it. SEETHING!

Further scenes on the forum when the joint American PPV figures are revealed, along with UK PPV and gate money in one big multi million dollar pot of cash. Hayers will be squirming once again, referencing Mike Tyson fights or some rubbish.

Once again Fury shows balls of steel having signed to fight the heaviest hitter in the game for another 24 rounds. He's signed to face Wilder for bloody 36 rounds in total and people question his balls and motivation. Hate, it's a terrible thing.

Ring magazine belt on the line here. Roll on the 22nd of February. It ain't a given for either man but credit to both for stepping up and taking on the very best. I think a 260+ pound Tyson can tire Wilder out and hurt him bad. Buzzing for it.

It would easily do over a million PPV buys on sky.

Not at all. I always said I thought it would happen.

You can't argue with any of the points I've made. It is weird that such a big fight is happening in eight weeks time, in February, with no promotional tour, so soon after big changes for Fury and so relatively soon after Wilder last fought. I'm pleasantly surprised to be wrong, (I obviously don't like Fury as a person or boxer and believe his recent change of trainer and short time period before the fight happens increases the chances that he'll lose, which I openly want to happen), but we'll wait and see. Fingers crossed for a more definitive outcome.

Also, good news if this isn't on BT. An interesting side issue.

It would only be BT’s fault letting the contract run down fighting poor opposition (Wilder fight aside).
It would do better on Sky.

What makes you say that? The last fight did well under half that, and Tyson himself barely attracted half a million against Klitschko with the full Sky PR machine promoting him.

I'd say getting to a million would be a very hard slog. I'm sure plenty might intend to watch it, but a few beers before buying a 10pm fight is a different ball game to staying up until five.

It's weird that you get fixated on these issues and talk about them so often. For a guy who cares little for either fighter, you're certainly very interested in the details every one else lets go. The fighters have been focused on this fight a long time and the promoters believe they've enough time to promote the fight. It's happening. Does anything else really matter?

I agree it'll be good news if it's on sky. The more people who see it the better and sky guarantee the numbers. If sky sports news are broadcasting the press conferences etc the fight clears a million UK ppv's.
