The fight is offered to both, lets see if Wilder will take the fight or run scared and duck as usual.
I expect Wilder to duck that fight, lets see if he proves me wrong.

As far as the fight goes, Zhang is a very smart boxer and will KO Wilder badly with the first punch he throws.

Hard to belive that Wilder take this fight. Zhang is slow on feet and that's true. He is not soo active and that's also truth. But...
Same time Zhang is almost same size as him big strong dude with probably best punching power just after his (Wilder) right hand who also got very fast hands and can aim pretty good.
Also Zhilei can be one of the toughest guys in the division. His chin is probably in top 5.

Very very dangerous fight for Wilder. I think they might think that big Zhang with his ubnormall big head is easier to hit but they should remember that If he miss there is counter from both of Zhang hands. And both got twice more power than any punch Wilder feelt before
He can remember the Wład Klitschko punch from sparring after this...

10 parts another cash out. I find it hard to believe that the Saudi's will pay him another 10 mil or whatever after the trash we saw last time. But they have money to burn, so who knows.

My best guess is that Wilder circles the ring for as many rounds as he can like Scott vs Ortiz, or himself recently vs Parker. Maybe Zhang gasses out and collapses due to having to chase him all night but I doubt it.

More likely it will be Zhang vs Parker

Winners face each other while the Undisputed rematch(es) occur.

One thing about the Saudis, they don't **** about.

Take my damn money, I'm in.

Wilder of old would have his hands full with Zhang, this un interested version has one chance and that’s to land something really special early doors. Wilder is not deserving of the payday but on the other hand we would all tune in to watch it. Unless Wilder can turn the clock back and bring some menace and presence which was clearly missing in the Parker fight then it’s hard to look past Zhang .

Probably an early KO win by Zhang. I don't see what defence Wilder has for those lefts. It's of course not impossible that Wilder lands first, but highly unlikely since Zhang is so much more polished and Wilder's reach advantage fairly neglilable.

Going to be fun to read Wilder fans explain how the younger guy is the much more past it fighter.

Have to give it to Wilder if this happens, though. He's taking on perhaps the most dangerous opponent available. It's a real roll of the dice. If Zhang KO's him then he's pretty much done, but if he wins he's right back in it and a fight with AJ could be on again.

Zhangs size will allow him to score from a safe(r) distance than ortiz.

Yes, and I think his left his faster and sharper, and of course heavier. He pretty much is an Ortiz 2.0. Same vulnerabilities, except for chin it seems, but bigger, stronger and sharper.

If this happens it will be three ot of four of the card I predicted, with Wilder in instead of Hrgovic. Not really surprising that Hrgovic is left out since he's low on both name recognition and a big home base (China's population being about 300 times larger). Wilder also has a contract with the Saudis so no surprise really that he gets first dibs. But if he backs out, maybe Hrgovic is back in.

It would be Wilders best win by Far. A genuine dangerous possibly top 5 HW while Wilder is aging and coming off 3 losses in his last 4. I would really be impressed.

Yeah, I'd be impressed by just him taking the fight. Means he's really serious about trying to get back among the top contenders.

Zhang won't just frustrate him and maybe shake him up a bit like Parker did. If he doesn't manage to land on Zhang he will feel power like he never felt before and get iced before too long. Big cojones to take this fight at this stage in his career. Ironically just the kind of fight he avoided when he was in his prime, but of course now he's already made bucket loads of money so he perhaps sees it as he might as well role the dice.
