    Washington is awful, really, really awful. But he's still more deserving than Arreola. He's ranked by the WBC, he has a draw against Mansour and a win over Chambers recently which is far better than Arreola's NC with Kaufman in a fight he should of lost and a draw with Kassi in a fight he should of lost.

    Arreola would have KO'ed Washington in his prime but now I doubt he can beat even someone as bad as Washington. I mean Arreola can't even beat Kassi or Kaufmann, he's that shot.
