I have a feeling this will be set up next, Breazeale coming off a good win on the undercard of Wilder's fight. Now a story is coming out that Wilder had altercation with Breazeale after the fight, I hope I'm wrong but all of this seems abit coincidental. This fight is unacceptable, Wilder has to fight a champion next if not a dangerous contender like Ortiz.
Say what u want but Brazil is way better than others like Molina especially,Brazil is big and strong and very very tough, but cant box, still its heavyweight and he can do well.Against AJ he was afraid to throw due to counters.
I thought this. I also noticed that Martin is ranked within the WBC's top 15 which gives Wilder the option of another easy fight should Breazeale refuse Wilder's offer.
Breazeale would be a good entertaining scrap which would test Wilders chin. Has great heart and not scared to have a go. The Yankee version of Dillian Whyte.
I wouldnt be shocked if that fight happened but I think Breazeale needs a few easy tuneups as he has been in 2 heavy hitting fights in his last 2 bouts and a 3rd in a row could be tough for anyone
He needs to fight a top 5 guy but continues to find excuses as to why that can't happen. He keeps claiming he's close to unifying but all we get is the worst opponents he can get away with fighting. Something needs to be done to make Stiverne earn his ranking lest we get stuck with that out of shape, never was as a mandatory challenger.
if he takes that fight hes gonna lose even more respect... he needs to fight a parker/Ortiz/pulev/miller/ruiz next to be taken seriously
This. Breazeale wouldn't last 6 rounds with Wilder. Wilder has better reach, power, speed, and stamina. The only threats to Wilder or Tyson Fury, Ortiz, and Joshua. I would also add Haye, but he is too inactive.
This. I still can't get the hype about Pulev. He has very limited skills and no adaptability. Wlad landed the same right hand over and over and finished Pulev with most telegraphed left hook I've ever seen.
