Let's say, hypothetically, that Wilder is Charr's opponent on the Haye-Fury undercard. Who do you think would win?
Wilder win. Charr is overrated, and not intelligent/skilled enough to avoid those big shots. An old slow Vitali dropped Charr in rd.2.
Charr is not that good but I'd fancy him to beat Wilder. Wilder telegraphs his right hand so much, anybody with a smidgen of talent can see it coming. Charr will avoid Wilder's power and as soon as he connects, Wilder will be down.
All I've seen from Charr, he is really not good. I don't understand the talk about him. I see Wilder blowing him away. I'm not sold on Wilder but i've watched a few Charr fights. He is below average.
Charr would probably go down, but he'd go down fighting, he's nothing more than a bar fighter, but he's got heart
It would be the easiest contender by far for Wilder to fight, because he is very limited and over rated. I do not see Wilder fighting anyone in the top 20 for another 2 years...Just a hunch.
Charr knocks Wilder out in round 3. His defense is too good, he makes pressure .. Wilder will be gassed after two rounds and then will Manuel shatter his glass chin.
Charr is a half-decent clubfighter with a 6 out of ten chin. He's certainly no contender and will lose this one.
Charr is hungry. That's one characteristic in a fighter that Wilder has not fought since the olympics. :think What he lacks in skill he makes up for in heart and determination. Vitali took that fight with him for a reason. B/C he is going to be a mainstay in the HW division for years and will likely share a piece of the HW title when the K2 are gone. While I feel Wilder will likely take a slice of the title pie as well, I wouldnt pick Wilder to beat Charr YET. Ive got to see how Charr handles a fighter with Wilders speed and how Wilder handles a fighter with Charrs intensity.:think
