You have the champion, both known as brawlers/punchers with limited skills, being thoroughly outboxed by the superior boxer despite scoring 2 KDs, which most would argue that the KD rounds were the only rounds that they won. Both Cloud and Wilder ended up getting the benefit of the doubt. Only difference was the end result.
