Rahman KO. KO'd and faced off against elite heavyweights with mixed results. Obviously with his chin you can't Wilder out 100%... But he's beaten guys much better than Wilder.
Gotta go with the Rock until Wilder proves otherwise. By this point in Rahman's career he had been in with the very best.
:-( Sounds like you are biased against black folk. FOH you goddamn racist! First you're against Byrd, then you're against Rahman :think I'm seeing a pattern here. Next time leave your white hood off before you post or I'll slip the missus a tenner to starch your robes.
For what it's worth, I believe that Rahman at his best could hang with anybody. Sanders hit him with some hellacious shots, and while he went down, he got back up and fought with fire and determination to wear Sanders out. The flip side of the coin is that Rahman himself had a huge punch, and pretty decent accuracy as well. Against current Wilder I think he'd blow him out of the water worse than Byrd would, to reference the previous discussion. Wilder hasn't taken the sort of firepower Rahman can bring to the show. I agree with Unleash, probably 8-2 to Rahman out of a 10 match series.
This fight would end in the same fashion as Lewis - Rahman II, with Rahman soundly sleeping in the middle of the ring.
Rahman would do a number on the very limited Wilder. In fact, Rahman would be champion today if he was prime.
