Wilder vs. Ortiz, if Ortiz is very heavy, bet Wilder

If Ortiz is over 245 pounds for this fight, bet Wilder. And if the KO is fishy, the fix might be in.

I have proof for neither ( that he'll be fat or go down too quickly from a non KO type of punch ), just a hunch something about this fight is not quite right, which is why Wilder finally took it.

This could be because Ortiz being near 39 when the fight happens or could be something else.

Let's see what the scales tell us first.

ortiz is never a body beautiful always carrying a bit of fat
dont like the fact he is a drug cheat / if i had my way he would be banned for life now

i agree with to hezavy v wilder part /not sure of his previous weights around 245 i think is normal ?
250 plus and it will show he has not trained hard .

I trust nothing that involves Wilder anymore. Not after the Scott Dive. Not after the rating manipulation. Not after the extensions to get fights made that only benefit his team.
Honestly I believe the fight will be a fix I hope I am wrong though.
Ortiz is old, some reports claim him to be 51 years old. Plus he is off his blood pressure medication so I'm not sure what he'll have left at this point. At least after two rounds. He may be dangerous for a round but he will tire fast and be to old and slow to make up distance. However his technique and his superior competition he still has a chance if he hasn't already capitulated behind the scenes.

I don't think it will happen eventually. If it happens, I wouldn't rule a fixed dive out neither.

Wilder never fought an opponent with a pulse, and suddenly he is voluntarily opting to fight Ortiz who every champion ducked before because of the high risk / low reward profile? And Ortiz is also on the pay roll of Al Haymon, but Wilder is way more marketable...

Something tells me that Ortiz has been paid good money to follow the example of Scuba Scott.

If all of this above is bs, Ortiz will stop Wilder rather easily...

I used to think like that with peds. Then I realised every fighter I ever liked/respected were juiced to the gills late 80's onwards, or a high percentage anyway. I think its naïve to think the majority dont use when theres big money involved these days.

    he is 38 /39
only people saying he is 51 are wilder haters.

38/39 is very old for a fighter/ i dont care if he is a heavy / its still old /

training recovery takes much longer/ you are sore and stiff when you wake up in the morning /
remember being that age and still trying to play sport and train and next morning wanting a **** at 6am and my achilles being so tight you can only shuffle first thing .
you have a lot of old injurys you have to nurse.

on the plus side you have seen it/ done it all before/ know what to do v every style of fighter and nerves will not be a factor.

down to talent and experience to make up for losing a little speed

With Wilder that's true. I love the revisionist history how he's now been chasing the big fights for YEARS but everyone has avoided him.

I smell a fix as well.

with the biometric passports they should catch drug cheats much easier today
i beleive every top 10 fighter should be mandatory spot check drug tests 3 or 4 times a year outside of fights and if they miss 2 in the year automatic 4 year ban worldwide no exceptions .

none of this wild boar ate my dinner so i ate the boar ****

this +50age talk is the biggest BS i have ever heard/read in my whole life. my god. Ortiz looks a bit older than other mid30s but if you look at his body you can see that he is not +50. Such a nonsens. This is HW division, not Bodybuilding. I know it is more aesthetic to watch AJ or Hayemaker at prime in the ring than King Kong but still he is a world class athlete and he will show up in decent shape in two weeks, i guarantee you that.

man, he destroyed and knocked out Jennings two years ago, a superb athlete overall, no signs of being tired after a few rounds. He looked a bit rusty in his last fight vs Martz but he was off the ring for almost a year so i give him that.

If Ortiz fights smart he will KTFO Wilder.

Nahh this fight is legit. Team Wilder took this fight based on Ortiz last couple of performances and the level of opposition they were against. I also think Wilder may of gone a bit mad at his promoters, he should not be this unknown and this unliked at this stage of his career. I think it has dawned on him that they have been holding him back when he has always wanted the big fights.

Let's recall Mayweather's extreme testosterone to epitestosterone levels - off the charts but what happened? Nothing. That's the reality of what's happening with PEDs in sport. Money is more important than integrity and it's getting worse.
