LMAO! hints of the fight being fixed now? The desperation and mental gymnastics being shown by wilder haters who cant come to grips with Wilder actually fighting Ortiz is funny to observe.

He did say youse do lazy research. Look at the state of the forum, same ****s who want to talk **** about my Wilder research ride my nuts when I explain what lineal is. I don't see it as any different; y'all will argue until the cows come home about **** none of you have any understanding of and have done no explicit research into instead opting to base all on your unsubstantiated speculation and unsupported assumptions.

You guys are clowns reaching for a new excuse. Louis Ortiz was never very good and the most laughable bull**** I've heard this decade including that goofy flat earth bull**** is this idea Europeans have about a black man from dixie having a conspiracy working in his favor. It's like saying there's a CCP conspiracy to reinstated the ROC in the mainland. Just dumb.

a calculated risk if anything, but definitely not a fix. As far as Wilder and fixed fights go however.. The Scott fight will always be suspect.

Equally as embarrassing are comments like yours as if boxing fans are somehow 'not worthy' of seeing a World Champion finally fight a respected top 10 guy after 40 fights.

IMO opinion its a bit far-fetched the say the fix is in before the fight even begins. There is a dodgy aura around Wilder's handlers and the WBC and I still think they are just building up for one rather larger payday and then cashing him out. Wilder should be the slight favourite in this fight, Ortiz is without doubt his best opponent by far even if father time is closing in. Would love to see the final AJ vs Wilder for all the belts, AJ bringing back glimpses of the ATG Lewis and spanking Wilder with ease.

Wouldn't mind Ortiz starching him either.

Ortiz’s age debate is hilarious. Has anyone seen his birth certificate to give you any reason to believe he’s over the age he said he is ?

Where do you guys come up with this stuff?

I get tired of people saying Wilder haters! The reason Wilder is not liked is because he is a protected fighter who has never been in the ring with a legit opponent, he is a damned fraud! Haymon owns the WBC, after all those fights with winos from the alley, he has never really fought anyone who can fight back period! Of course Dustin Nichols is HOF, so is Sconiers!

Even if Ortiz is old he should push Wilder more than any of his previous opponents. He's just that much better than them. If he goes down early or looks to find some way out of the fight without any due cause then fans should rightly smell a rat.

I'd love to see a genuinely competitive fight between two top class heavyweights, with whoever winning gaining massive respect, but there's just so much dodginess surrounding Wilder over the years that talks of dives and fixes are very real possibilities.

This is not a matter of hate, but a matter of past precedent.

Ortiz already have participated in at least one fixed match, against David Allen. He will knock Allen in frist seconds if not fixed, but it was clearly that they have been told to box to 7 round. Many times Ortiz take his hand back, because Allen react too slow.Don't know if it is about to be more interesting or to win money through betting for win in 7 round, but it was fixed. Both are not good actors. You can watch that fight and see with your eyes that Ortiz participate in fixed fights.
If he has no moral,(which we can see from fixed fight) but money are on 1st place for him, i think he can take money from Wilder team to lose the fight.Maybe they will make it to look interesting, and in the end "wooow, what a win for the legend Wilder".

Maybe that's why they don't wanted the fight with Povetkin(they fixed doping probes so it will show that Povetkin take meldoniy in 0.000001mg just days before fight and doping test, because if it was shown that meldoniy was in his body before that last test, he wouldn't be ban, cuz meldoniy in that dose was ok if it was left from the period in which meldoniy wasn't forbidden). My english isn't so better to explain the logic and my views, but i think you have good logic thinking and you can see what really happen.Povetkin before 2yrs was very top fighter, who wouldn't accept money to loss from "the legend" Wilder.
I wonder, if lobby behind Ortiz is so powerful, so they beat lobby behind Wilder, or after he was banned from fight with Wilder, was told "look, we wouldn't let you beat our Wilder, take these money which we give you to lose, or you just wouldn't see that fight to become real and you will retire from box without money.".I hope it's the first, that his lobby is powerful like one of Wilder, but i'm not sure.

All I know is that if the past is anything to go by, Wilders handlers wouldn't let him in with a live body unless they have some trick up their sleeves.

Thanks. Before it happened, I loudly protested the judges between GGG and Camelo? What happened? A bogus draw that lead to a big $$$ re-match.

Doesn't everybody want to see Wilder fight Joshua??? The only problem is Wilder hasn't beaten anyone remotely good, so he waits until Ortiz is near 39, and after avoiding this match ( and all matches vs top 10 ring magazine opponents ) for years the suddenly, boom the fight is made! If he wins here Wilder finally has a name on his resume to build momentum for the Joshua fight.

I think Ortiz will show up fat and lackluster for a payday, and I think the power brokers in boxing want to make a fortune on Wilder vs. Joshua...so, in my opinion, Ortiz will need a TKO/KO to win, and he could get as Wilder is about as chinny as they come. But if it's a points thing that is controversial where Wilder wins, or a fishy TKO/KO, just remember where you heard it first.
