Ortiz is massively overrated. He’s just been pumped up to give Wilders paper thin resume a lift.

I'll cheer for 45+ year old dude with blood pressure issues.

Both extremely overrated with only one notable win to there resumes. However Wiith Wilders ego and just how protected he is (the most protected WC in boxing history) and fed just hand picked opponents, I hope the old man causes an upset.

I'm cheering on Ortiz to becoming the oldest HW champ (by about 10 years).

Don't think he has much of a chance though. I expect one of the flailing Windmills to get through and then Wilder to dance around the ring screaming Bombsquad like a hyperactive 8 year old..

I think Wilder gets rid of him as easily as he did Big Dom this time round.

I am holding my fingers crossed, hoping Ortiz´s side made the minor but necessary changes.
One thing I would like to see Ortiz do is target that body. Wilder has a very wide stance and holds his hands quite low, this enables him to keep his head quite elusive. And you want to slow Wilder down. Take some steam out of his punches. Let fatigue creep in and create openings, as Wilder isn’t technically all that sound and relies more on athleticism.
In the opening rounds, Ortiz missed with the left hand to the head, but he was able to connect to the body.

The second must is cutting off the ring. Ortiz has to cut off the ring! Which he did not do at all in the first fight(Not sure if Ortiz has ever been one to cut off the ring). Wilder´s main line of defence was a quick step back. Ortiz can´t just blindly follow Wilder because Wilder is bound to answer back with big counters. Force Wilder onto the ropes and corners, from where Ortiz can draw Wilder out and counter him. When pressured, Wilder either moves backwards or explodes with a punch. Ortiz has to bait Wilder into doing so and not just wait for openings.

The biggest key for Ortiz will be his defence. The first KD happened due to a big miscalculation on Ortiz´s part. He expected a looping punch but Wilder fired one straight down the pipe.
But what cost him the fight was his lack of head movement. In the 10th, Ortiz poorly set up a straight left, to which he overcommitment and followed up with no defensive move. He should have already anticipated a counter right and moved his head off the line. Or rolled under the anticipated punch. But Ortiz just stood with his head up high and it cost him the fight.

And also, Wilder is no spring chicken himself. He is a 34 year old who has always relied heavily on his athleticism.

Want Ortiz to win, but he won't. The idiot trying to glorify killing people in the ring will finish him earlier.

I'd like to see a rare Double KnockOut, both connect with bombs at the same time and neither make the 10 count so the referee gives them a 20 count like in the Fury vs Wilder fight but neither make the 20 count either, so both counted out!

Would Wilder retain his belt if the above freak fight was to happen??

I will be rooting for the same man as first time around and that is Ortiz. I expect a Wilder win, however.

I'll be rooting for the People's Champ since the the First Crusade, and that man: Luis Ortiz!

I hope he goes after Wilder right away and as Bad Bot said, why not slip a few to Windmillo's ribs and see how he likes that?

I will be rooting for Ortiz. I would love to be able to root for Wilder, but the dude has zero redeeming qualities and is a stain on the sport.
I do expect Wilder to win however, hopefully in an exciting affair. Ortiz got a new hairdo, maybe that will make him feel younger. He has been SNAC'n too!

False. He beat one more top ten contender than Tyson Fury.

Much more competitive than people make it out to be. Ortiz isn’t dramatically worse than before and Wilder has been a little to in love with his power lately. Ortiz’s has tank is still the big question mark, not his skill or power.

I like when the upset happens and I have grown to like Wilder. So I don't really have a dog in this race
