Toney's fatness is irrelevant to judges biased decisions just as Butterbean's fatness should be. So is your low opinion of the WBO or NABO or of any other alphabet world title. Neither is your strawman argument that I am comparing their fight to the Wilder/Ortiz fight relevant to the issue.

Well, maybe they whine because the one doing the announcing has never been proven trustworthy or the fighter involved has the disconcerting habit of always finding an evasive loophole?

    BTW

The word piquant isn't restricted to food.

Im just calling it like i see it as ive made fun of Wilder a plenty so "my boi" he's not. It's lovely seeing fools come out with loads of excuses even though the fight isn't even signed, lol.

i watched the you tube interview with stiverne saying he will fight btrazeale paving the way for ortiz to fight wilder

so despite me thinking team wilder who turned down 4 million v whyte would not then fight ortiz for less money / turns out i was possibly wrong and this fight will happen.

i hope so but am surprised given team wilders previous picks .

also IMO ortiz is the fighter i would have thought team wilder would have avoided

not a name to anything but hardcore / no fanbase / brings little money to the table but does bring potential upset to any top fighter.

as to wilder v ortiz outcome fairplay to wilder this is a genuine hard fight

the way to beat ortiz for wilder is play it safe / box off the back foot / use your faster legs and handspeed to stick the jab and move / does not have to run just keep ortiz from getting set

ortiz as is his want has to catch wilder coming in with counters and take advantage of his wild swings and off balance feet when he loads up.

ortiz is a poor front foot fighter its all laborious and obvious to top fighters but he is the best counter puncher and punch picker in the division / nice and sharp and sees openings very well

can wilder restrain himself from throwing the right hand ?
this IMO is the key to wilder walking out victorious.

No way in hell Wilder or AJ fight hammer hands Ortiz. I don't care if Ortiz is 40 or not that man has serious punching power and is a great counter puncher.. Ortiz is a young 40 year old. Has not been in many wars and seems to have a good chin. I still can't get over how he beat the hell out of Jennings. Wlad could barley land a punch on Jennings. AJ should be stripped if he does not face Ortiz. Ortiz would expose glass jaw AJ for what he is. AJ is a good fighter but anyone that knows anything about boxing knows he had a lot of flaws. His chin and Stamina is very bad. Had Ortiz been the one that floored AJ instead of cautious Wlad Ortiz would have knocked him out cold. AJ wants to take the easy fight with soft punching Pulev. I'm just sick of all three rumors. The need to start fighting each other. AJ has only had 18 fights so who the he'll does he think he is only fighting 2 times a year. At least in UFC the best fights the best. Heavyweight boxing is full of cowards and coke heads right now.

When the fight is finally signed a lot of people are going to be looking like idiots. just like those who said Crawford/Postol and Ward/Kovalev wouldnt happen for whatever (disgusting) reasons. A standard 1.5 million payday will lead to bigger and better things for Wilder so now is the time.

Who said that? You sure that isn't revisionist wishful thinking on your part? Or were you just too stupid to realize you were getting trolled? Postol lol

Oh so you're a brand new idiot here. It's a fact that many on this forum and elsewhere did exactly as I said. It's the same trope trotted out every single time they use on certain fighters. These fighters aren't scared. They weren't trolling, they were hating and being the race soldiers that they are.

Postol was a forum darling for a very short time on this forum. Like, until the bell for round 3 started in his fight with Crawford.

He was right. Stick around these parts and you will see much crazier fan opinions.

As far as Crawford, I don't know why anyone would say that he's avoiding challenges. That just doesn't make sense. Ward, however, he was talking frequently about retirement, he did propose ridiculous contracts to guys like GGG and instead fight guys like Paul Smith or Brand. There was a relatively ample amount of healthy skepticism regarding his desire to challenge himself again after the long layoff. Wilder, i mean, come on...

Wilder doesn't want any hard fights before his cash out against Aj. He knows his limitations Ortiz takes him to school.
