Its early days yet. They traded words only a week ago. Who knows what is getting set up behind closed doors. Could be nothing though. Ive always said about Wilder he seems fearless and i believe him when he says he wants AJ, Ortiz. However his handlers i think are not half as confident in him or his resume would be a fair bit better than it is.
They should talk it over a hot cup of coffee and maybe some dinner and come to the conclusion that both want a big Joshua payday so one of them should go after Fujimoto.

Well, ultimately it's on the WBC I guess but in theory he should be able to make a voluntary defence and if he is in their rankings still which I think he is then it should be possible
I would love to see Wilder and Ortiz!!!! I dont think Wilder realizes that a few more top wins agaisnt top guys is going to give him superstar status, its almost like he wants it BEFORE he earns it. Well imo, lol
