Then why are you asking me, if you know who Opetaia's opponent is?

No way it can be Riakporhe as he is fighting Dylan Bregeon on Nov 18 + already avoided Opetaia once

I was hoping Briedis as there is a purse bid for the rematch & the 1st fight was very close but looks like its gonna be Ellis Zorro going by latest twitter chatter :ohno

Zorro is shocking. Easier fight than Thompson. Would've preferred Kovalev but as long as we get Opetaia-Briedis II next then I'm ok with a knockover as opposed to nothing.

Bivol-Arthur isn't horrific, but again not really much of a contest.

A couple of years ago I was very confident Parker would beat Wilder easily. Wilder has proven himself to be tougher than expected. Parker has good punches and combinations he needs to open up but can definitely take out Wilder in mid round fashion.

Hrgovic vs Mark De Mori is horrible, no words for that.

Anyway I'll be rooting for Mark lol

I expect a very focused and confident Parker

Totally determined not to let this one slip away - and to right all the previous wrongs

He knows he can do this. On his night he can DOMINATE.

That's the Parker I want to see. No more under-performing. Intensely determined and aggressive.

I actually don't know anything at all about Mark De Mori. Heard the name thrown around a couple of times but couldn't tell you anything about him. Is there a chance he could score the upset? Outside of the usual "all it takes is one punch" chance, of course.

Thanks fellas. Bummer to hear this is what we're getting instead of Hrgovic-Bakole then. Not that I'm actively hoping for Hrgovic to lose or anything, but more fighters where the winner isn't obvious is never something I'll turn down. Seems like now it's back to business as usual though.

Ah well, still some fun matchups on this card. Not what was talked up months ago, but still not the worst way to end the year :D

Parker looked good in his last fight. If he's at his best he has an excellent chance of beating Wilder, who has had several long periods of inactivity which couldn't have been good for him (fought just one round in two years).
That's it exactly. He's been matched very carefully because his management has had little faith in him, and want to extract the maximum revenue from his fights. But he's always been willing to fight anybody, he's no coward.
Riakporhe would be best. Kovalev is shot, and Briedis is faded.
    Better opponent, in my opinion.
I can't believe he's fighting De Mori. Where did you see this?

    Huh?

By getting absolutely battered by a guy who's always been a famously light puncher?
