There is no way Wilder should get in a cage with Francis, that is just a terrible idea. Not saying he will or won’t, but it’s a suicide mission that could and probably would end his career.
I give Wilder a good chance if the first fight is a boxing match and he drops/KO's Ngannou early: https://www.boxingforum24.com/threa...ngannou-in-an-mma-fight.699434/#post-22169598 I don't see how it would end his career. Shields took a loss in MMA to a journeywoman and it hasn't changed how she's seen in boxing. If anything, getting in the cage with Ngannou is brave and good for Wilder's legacy win or lose. If you mean that Wilder could be retired due to the damage he takes from Ngannou then I'd say it's unlikely, given that as soon as he's taken down the fight would be all but over. The referee would be jumping in very soon after Ngannou starts landing GNP or Ngannou would quickly sub Wilder, with zero damage for Wilder.
The sad thing is that these cnuts all have made far too much money fighting bums. Boxers shouldn’t be earning more than ufc fighters
Therefore I get the ufc guy chasing the bag. Boxing money is way better than ufc. If these idiots pay him that then he is smart to want it.
