    There is a reason why Wilder has avoided big punchers his whole career and avoided Whyte like the plague.

    Wilder is a very limited fighter, chin is glass and when forced on the back foot Wilder rendered even more useless.

    There is a massive gulf between the quality Whytes resume which far better than Wilders.

    It’s a fight I’d like to see. Both fighters are limited and have huge flaws and I wouldn’t mind seeing either of them being knocked out.

    Dillian has taken a lot of punishment, but he does seem very durable and we have to remember Wilder is getting to (the average) retirement age.

    How many tough fights does Wilder have in him?

    One might argue he's avoided punishment throughout his career because of the low quality of his opponents.

    However, he absolutely won't enjoy getting roughed up by Whyte and were he to take that fight next year (for argument sake) and lose, I think he would call it a day.

    1. Whyte turned down 2 mandatories to fight better quality of opposition and more lucarative fights. Whyte was wrongly stripped of his mandatory through none wrong doing. Now that he mandatory again let's see how long the WBC take to call it and if Wilder or Fury don't relinquish the belt.

    2. Whyte has been dropped by quality opposition that package punch. Not dropped by the likes of Scroniers, Nichols and a glancing body pun h from not known big puncher.

    3. Wins over Povetkin, Rivas, Parker, Chisora Helenius and Wach is a superior resume to Wilders. What does say about Wilder?

    Whyte is a smarter cannier boxer than Wilder and would establish his jab early then start to break Wilder down with bodywork, hooks and uppercuts. The fight will look a lot like the Browne fight, where Wilder is totally outboxed and methodically beaten up until Whyte lands a fight ending shot (my pick would be the OH right). This might seem like a ridiculous breakdown of the fight, but I honestly think this would be surprisingly one sided with very little coming back from Wilder.

    It's a bit of a pipe dream though since the fight's never going to happen, and I think Wilder retires after Fury kicks his arse again. If it happens after the Fury fight though bet big on Whyte, because Wilder would be ripe for the picking.

    No it wouldn't. He was being jerked around.

    All top level fighters and (with the exception of Parker) heavy one punch hitters.

    Complete frauds don't fight the likes of Povetkin, Rivas, Parker, Joshua and Chisora and win. Whyte's as game as anyone in the division.
