Read Wilders interview after he did sparring with Wlad. He said the experience was very 'humbling' and he had 'his work cut out for him'. For those who can't read between the lines: Wilder got his ass handed to him by Wlad.
Wilder is a humble guy He wouldnt admit to KOing Haye in sparring, but it happened Haye - ''Wilder will be world champ sooner rather than later, when he hits you, even if he hits gloves, you damn sure know about it'' Bless Haye that was even with big Gloves and headgear on. Wilder is the reason Haye retired, he knows he will never be champ with Wilder around :deal
Sorry Man but Ray Austin would look like a world beater too against Wilder type competition. Nothing this man has done to date warrants your prediction. If you're right and Wlad loses by KO in 3 rnds or less I'll gladly leave this site but I doubt it will happen because the hype will die down as soon as Wilder fights a live body Wlad wins by KO in less than 5 rounds with a good possiblility of a KO1
A 2 inch reach advantage is hardly massive, Wilder doesn't have a good jab overcommits with his punches and hasn't shown the ability to fight at a fast pace for 12 rounds. I think his power is legit and while he does have a punchers chance against Wlad I haven't seen anything from him so far that would make me favor him over Wlad, he hasn't fought one decent puncher in his career so far and still managed to get dropped twice.
I'm not denying your claim of being the best fight predictor on the site. I'm new here but is there any proof that you are the best fight predictor? If you don't do V cash how you can you claim you are the best fight predictor? I want to believe in the Wilder hype but it I just don't think he can beat Wlad. Btw his reach is only 2" longer than Wlad's
Get out your calculator. make room for a certain % due to brutal ko by Wlad of "tomato can killer" Wilder.
Correction: Wilder would have been KOd by the end of 2015 presuming he has stepped up his competition level by then.
No, Wilder is a hypejob just like David Price was a hypejob, the only difference is that Price has stepped up while Wilder has yet to do so. Any half-decent heavyweight with half-decent power would have 31 wins with 31 KO's if they'd fought Wilder opposition. It is a plethora of bums, journeymen, hasbeens and topped off with a blatent dive by Scott. His resume is embarrassing for a seven year pro claiming to be a contender on the world stage. What he's done in the gym is irrelevant. Sparring does not count towards a fighter place in the rankings of currently active fighter or fighters throughout history.
:deal dont misunderstand me... both teams are close... a ton of mutual respect..... but wlad did get to wilder and team wilder was thankful for the experience and watch everything we did from workouts to food and see what they needed to do to be on top. Wilder will be a champion, but not by going through Wlad:deal
