I would have had so much respect for him if he just came out and said I lost to the better man and I want to move forward with my life. Instead his low iq once again only allows him the ability to rationalize things as would a child.

I fully agree and have said the same since before he got the belt. He was just a manufactured fighter for the US market that's all he ever was. With all the pundit's saying he was the hardest puncher ever. I'm like bollocks he's fought bums all the way other than Fury. I think that's why he was never that big in the US as people who follow the sport who aren't fanboys will see through the smoke and mirrors.
I think he will retire or fight someone like Martin.

I'd say with the negative mindset he's in now a DMT trip is among the last things he should be doing.

Wilder vs Andy Ruiz probably isn't even available now, but it would be a good fight to make, to see where Wilder is at.

 

If Wilder is going to continue to box, he needs to get the big fights now. Every year he will now grow a little slower, a little stiffer, less punch resistant, his legs will tire faster, and even his great punch will become a tiny bit weaker. A guy like Jalolov is licking his lips as he thinks of cherrypicking Wilder two years from now. Wilder needs to fight, try to make one more go for the title and then retire.

 

Sad to see a guy leave everything he had in the ring against a so called ATG and no one here gives him an ounce of respect for it
