Wilder willing to accept step aside money in the amount of....

    Here's Sulliman's latest statement on the issue;

    "Now the next fight should be between Stiverne and Wilder. [Wilder] is the official challenger. If he decides to step aside, then there could be a deal for Klitschko - but Golden Boy has already expressed their interest in making the fight,"

    It looks like Wilder vs. Stiverne will happen.

    Step aside money is a shocking thing to accept if you think you are ready to win a title go and take it don't muck about

    Wow. This guy is asking for step aside money when his best win is... Who? Honestly I can't wait to see Stivirne crack this guy.

    He's not asking for step aside money. He said it would take somewhere in the range of $10 million for him to step aside. That's basically his way of saying he intends to enforce his mandatory position seeing as how no one would pay that much step aside money.

    If I'm don king, I'm not sure I'd consider the rest of the wbc top 10 to be easier than Wilder.
    Why not take Wilder? He's probably the easiest fighter in the top ten to figure out(does not necessarily mean it will be the easiest fight) , and the hype will bring good ratings.
    Watch out for, and counter Wilder's right hand with your own.
    Wilder brings speed, but his footspeed is somewhat nullified by his below average footwork, and his jab is a range finder for his right hand, and not a weapon itself.
    Yeah he does have a big right hand, but if he can't hurt Stiverne early he will without doubt be in trouble.
    I do expect a quick stoppage in favor of Wilder if he hurts Stiverne though.
    Stiverne takes too long to counter sometimes, and a hasty ref could stop it.
    If I were Stiverne's camp I'd want Smoger for sure.
    Stiveren has a better than average chin, and should weather an early storm, but I expect Wilder to be cautious, and try to get Stiverne to stalk him, since stalking Stiverne has shown to be problematic.

    Here lies another issue for Wilder. He has not shown much from his backfoot.
