Arreola got spanked by Stiverne twice. By contrast, Wilder easily beat Stiverne.

    How would Arreola beat Wilder?

Because styles make fights... I think Arreola a couple of years ago would have given Wilder hell, and probably beaten him. He looks finished though now though.

I find it depressing these two were lined up to fight for a version of the heavyweight title.

Can we just get this Povetkin Vs Wilder fight signed and then we will not have to talk about Wilder any longer..... Until he turns up in Prizefighter.

Wilder is garbage too... Arreola a few years ago KO's him easily. Wilder doesn't have the boxing skills, nor is he durable enough to keep Arreola off of him for 12 rounds. Eventually Chris would catch him. Going back to Vitali I see no way Wilder keeps that version off of him, eventually Chris would catch him. Molina was able to stun, and give Wilder a good fight. I don't see why a prime Arreola could beat him.

The Arreola who fought Stiverne was in the best shape of his life. He even said that after he knocked out Seth Mitchell.

If an in shape Arreola lost to a guy (twice) that Wilder spanked, then Wilder beats any version of Arreola.

Triangle theory does not work......That being said, Arreola has seen his best days and is close to being shot.

It's not triangle theory. Arreola wasn't able to beat Stiverne, Wilder on the other hand is better equipped to easily beating Arreola.

If Stiverne could smash in Arreola's face and bloody it, so could Wilder. Arreola couldn't hurt Stiverne, but Wilder seriously hurt Arreola and put him in hospital.

Keep in mind that Arreola always destroyed opponents with suspect chin very quickly (Mitchell, Joe Abell, Molina, Walker etc). He has real KO power

But yes now Arreola would lose because Stiverne finished him with that KO.

Not to make too many excuses for Arreola. But he did have surgery in his hands shortly after the Vitali fight. Obviously the beatings he got from Adamek and Klitschko would have to be taken into consideration . He was simply in decline whether he was in shape or not.

Arreola who fought Klitschko was really poorly conditioned. The one who fought Mitchell looked like he could fight 10 rounds, until he fought someone that could hit back (Stiverne).

No not really, triangle theory doesn't work in boxing. That's obvious to anyone with half a brain. Arreola can trouble Wilder in ways Stiverne can't.
