Can't blame him for it when he needed a KO to get a draw but he should have waited until 11 and 12 as the Bum would have flagged by then.

He did need KO for the draw which is sad and all to common in favor of Haymon fighters lately. From Breazale vs Kassi. To Arreola vs Kassi and Areeola vs Kauffman. And now last night.

As for Wilder i was most impressed with his compassion after the fight. What he does in the ring leaves much to be desired. He is awful in many areas.

At least Wilder seems to be in it because of the love he has for the sport.

With Haye I get the impression that he just wants some money and disappear again.

Bum is thrown around a lot on this board but I have seen very very few fighters in the 20 years I have been watching the sport who deserve that tite.

Wilder is not a world class fighter though, he has good power and is fairly athletic but those are his only real attributes.

He has had a opening 30+ fights of his career against journeymen and carefully selected opponents this even Wilders biggest fans must admit.

Fury I don't think has the strongest of resumes (Wlad aside) but at least he fought ranked fighters unlike Wilder who again has fought 1 top 10 fighter (Stiverne !!!) and 1 top 20 fighter in Malik Scott.

His 32nd fight was against a fighter Joshua fought in his 11th !!!!!!!!!

Breaking down how he fights, he telegraphs his shots, he takes to many punches, he has the WORSE balance of any heavyweight I have seen in a long long time and his footwork is very poor.

He has been a pro since 2008 and yet still lacks fundamentals that you need for the pro game and is massively reliant on his power.

I think even someone like Chisora would have a very good chance against him, Del Boy could soak up a lot of his shots and as we have seen multiple times Wilder has a poor chin (albeit decent recovery skills) and could grind out a decision or a KO win if they fought.

37th Fight coming up time to show the world what you are Wilder a joke or a "champion" who will fight the best in his division.

Three title defenses vs non top ten opponents, and he got exposed in each fight.

I agree, no more belt miking. Fight some in the top ten, hopefully, Povetkin

Everybody not named Drenlou knows Fury was stripped of the IBF title for taking a contracted rematch with Wlad.

So yes, Drenlou: I'm right and you're wrong. You are a liar and a fool.:good

I should put the shovel down and stop digging, if I were you. :yep

Fury couldn't afford to pay those sanctioning fees so he dropped it, and an American scooped it up! SOWWEY!

Wilder looked pretty terrible until the KO. I thought Arthur was winning or at least it was really close. I don't care what biased ass Showtime says or the Haymon judges. And I think most people would agree.

Povetkin will knock Wilder out. He is so much better in every area than Spilzka. Wilder had trouble with Arthurs movement and his jab was mostly ineffective. Wilder was missing some punches early by like 5 feet. That will not be enough to keep Povetkin off him and stop Povetkin from throwing devastating power punches on the inside.

    Agreed.

Not to mention that he's getting taken deep into the later rounds by nobodies and not learning a thing from them.
