Wilder's physique is virtually unattainable at his height. He is on roids, but so is everybody else. Natty or pro athlete - choose one.

A bicep tear isn't a sign of steroid use, more a sign of poor technique

Unattainable? He's 6'7" and 225. He is not overly muscular. His physique is good (aesthetics alone) for someone who boxes(upper body only), but not even close to advanced in terms of pure physique and/or bodybuilding type circles. He is not big. He has decent size and conditioning, but is a relative beanpole. Unattainable....not really. Sure, he likely has touched peds, but unattainable?! An incredibly low bar set for what is attainable while clean.

    Wow...now that is impressive !

You diagnosed him without performing blood tests and medical exam.
Sir, where did you study medicine and where is your practice ?

You must be a highly solicited practitioner...!
