Only one top 12 opponet in his 37 fights career. Soon his fifth title defence will be against japanese Kyotaro Fujimoto who ranked 50# in boxrec. How long will WBC continue to allow Wilder to avoid his mandatories?

he's on a mission to unify the world titles all to one man. So...his joke defences have to end soon and he has to step up.

Wilder is a legend in his own right. 37 fights and his best win is Stiverne.

At least he has a solid opponent on his record. The hype behind David Price was huge and he had not done jack ****. Neither has Anthony Joshua in a sense but he is hyped too. Joseph Parker has done what for his hype? This can go on and on, but let's all talk smack about Wilder.

Parkers win over Takam is on par with everything Wilder has achieved

LOL is this true. Oh sure, Japan is teeming with heavyweight talent. But a pick like this will not surprise anyone. Wilder belt milks his title defenses choosing the small, less than skilled, or easy to stop types and they never have good power.

He did not fight one man ranked higher than the top 14, and often picks a top 30-45 like opponent.

Fight Povektin if you want respect!

He should fight David Haye's leftovers like Gjrejaj or de Mori or Briggs if wants to step up.

When Wilder says everyone can get it is obviously true he has been picking opponents from all walks of life including garbage men, construction workers, plumbers, carnies, painters, line chefs, and now a cab driver from Japan. He is even diversifying by country of origin whats not to like?
