Wilder's fighting Arreola next LOL

Yep remember Clay vs Coopmans?

 

I think Arreola does a good job against any of them. Wouldnt be firm favourite in some, but would have a shot against any of them

 

We're not talking about prime vs prime here. Do you even realize Arreola is coming off of losses to Travis Kauffman and Fred Kassi? The guys you mentioned at least had a winning streak.

 

I'm pretty sure most of that list beat this version of him.

 

None would be heavy favourites against him.

 

I'd assume you also think Fred Kassi would have a shot against any of them as well, because current Arreola isn't even as good as Kassi.

I had really thought delusional nipple fans had gotten it clear that Arreola was never that good after getting his ass kicked twice by Stiverne, but no some held on to their delusion, then I thought the Kassi and Kaufmann fights would make it clear he was shot and finished as a contender or even a gatekeeper, but apparently Arreola has some magic power to make some fight fans and the WBC think he's somehow worthy of a title shot...again! Utter madness. :-(

 

Stiverne destroyed a BETTER version of Arreola twice a couple years ago. Arreola is even more shot today than he was against Stiverne. Wilder will KO him in 3-4 rounds without breaking a sweat. This will look a lot like Wlad Klitschko vs. Hasim Rahman.

 

If this goes through that's the 3rd time Arrelona gets a titleshot.

 

Lets see the Wilder fanboys defend this....

 

Arreola is bad. Bad bad bad. I cannot believe how many title shot this bum gets. I have yet to see a mildly respectable performance against anyone remotely good from him. He has no discipline with regards to his eating habits, he has little skill, little ring IQ - he is not good at anything other than being courageous and having "heart". Yeah, that is not gonna win you fights, brother.

He's a worse Chisora in every way. Hitting hard is absolutely irrelevant when you are as bad a boxer as he is. Travis Walker hits like a mule, doesn't he? Where did that get him?

Yeah a couple of years ago he would have been a bad matchup for Wilder... Today he struggles with guys like Curtis Harper and needs gifts to avoid losing to the likes of Kassi and Kauffman... Safe to say he's shot and doesn't pose the threat that he would have in the past... Which is exactly the reason he was selected as an opponent here.

 

They will say its Povetkin's fault so Wilder *WAS FORCED* to cherry-pick Arreola

 

I take it Butterbean was unavailable.

 

The Mexican Butterbean Ruiz Jr. would be a much better fight than the corpse of Arreola... At least he would have a punchers chance in the early rounds. Ruiz is too busy bum crushing himself though... Wonder when Bob is going to cash him out? :think
