Wilder's got that Marvelous Marvin aggression and attitude to him, which makes him so intimidating.

    Discuss.

You can see the look on his face in fights, he just wants to knock your head off your shoulders.

    His intensity is too great.

wilder is a guy who doesn't think what he's going to say that's why he gets to the point of not only being intimidating but hated

Marvin was intimidating with his silence. No tuff talk, just walked the walk.

Wilder needs to be Chin-Checked by someone then he'll be all down hill from there but when you mostly feast on Soccer Hooligans, Buffet Restaurant Fry Cooks, Uber Drivers and WalMart Cart Pushers you build up a huge menacing record! You don't get KTFO with headgear on like Wilder has if you're so invincible!!

Wilders a twat... what you describe is the same expression teenage criminals have when they break into an old persons home and beat the crap out of them and take their stuff.

He likes to fight, old, weak, retired... opposition. When you face weak opposition like that you are going to feel hungry and act tough.

When you face guys who can match you and beat you down... you'll have that smugness knocked right out of you. I wanna see WIlder face a real ****ing challenge...someone who intimidates him in the ring... and ain't old... is prime.

Marvelous Marvin wouldn't duck guys like Whyte... he would fight them

    More like Marvin the Martian.

Wilder's got a very low iq, which gives him re*ard strength and confidence

Lol. Marvin fought monsters BEFORE he even won the title, to prove himself and his skills. It doesn't get harder than that Philly circuit. Marvin's aura came from his hard experiences, determination and being able to push through fear against other men of the same cloth to develop his spirit. From race riots as a child, to Brockton to Philly and eventually the title. Wilder has not once done anything to prove himself in this way, or be compared to the Marvelous one in any capacity.

Wilder is charmed compared to Hagler.

    Exactly.

Comparing a blow-hard bumkiller like Wilder to a real deal like Hagler is incredibly insulting to MMH.

Hagler's resume dumps all over Wilder's, and flushes it down the drain.

Hagler beat real champions and fought guys who were further in their development than him and took his losses just to get to the top. Wilder's had silk sheets and bunny slippers by comparison.

When Hagler was being ducked left and right, Wilder was ducking anybody with a pulse. SMH.:ohno

I heard Marvin post fight once get a bit ticked. I wish I could remember the fight or who he mentioned, I just remember Marvelous' question.

"He's got a $50,000 offer. Whose gonna turn down that kind of money?!" LMAO!

Hagler IMO would've taken the 100mill offer from Hearn to at least see if it was true. 100mil? Hagler would've fought every other week for 2 years for that kinda loot!

Mentioning the Marvellous one in the same sentence as Wilder made me cough and splutter my porridge all over the place. When has Wilder stepped up to fight a killer like Mugabi who was 24 and 0 with 24 KO's, ATG's in Hearn, Duran and Leonard. Christ knows how many former titleists and a whole slew of top 10 contenders.

And don't even mention Ortizn't who's only decent wins were Jennings and Scuba Scott. Wilder has to fight more prime, top 10 opponents before he can be considered for the kind of accolades and standing in the pantheon of ATG fighters.

If Wilder was to take care of Fury, Whyte and then get in with AJ and maybe after that, one of the up and coming contenders like Dubois, Ajagbe or Hrgovic, he would potentially and arguably cement his play as an ATG top 10 heavyweight.

All I hear from Wilder is how much he disregards the ability of the likes of Joshua, Whyte, Usyk Parker, Povetkin and the like and yet he is further from fighting these guys now than he's ever been and all of which would present him with anywhere from 10- 50 million dollar purses. So where's the catch?

If these fights don't happen he will always be a nearly great except for in the eyes of those who have Wilders balls slapping against their foreheads
