Seriously, is this impressive? 1. Malik Scott took a dive and didn't even want to try win the fight. He is good friend of Deontay Wilder so it makes sense the fight was fixed. 2. Jason Gavern took the fight in 6 days notice. He didn't have the time to prepare for 10 rounds, so his condition was for 4 rounds. To get the world champion title shot you need to beat top 20 contender. Wilder hasn't fought any top 20 guy ever, so Bermane was right when he said that Wilder doesn't deserve to be in ring with him.
This could be the most untested heavyweight challenger in decades. I agree. The sharks ( Don King ) are already lining up with has beens or never will be to meet Wilder next should he win.
I counted and Wilder fought 13 rounds TOTAL since January 2013. He's as untested as it gets. I'm actually worried for his health tomorrow.
