Well, it required surgery after the fight to repair. So ... Hopefully, Wilder will finish camp injury free. I have more faith in Scott, who has been in everyone's camp as a sparring partner and knows how to run a high level training camp, as opposed to those Wilder let go. It will be great if we see both fighters at their best.
The world forgot that Wilder existed. Just because of the manner Fury gang raped him in the second fight, people dismissed him and his entire career as a fluke. Sure his resume and quality of opposition can be criticized but no one in history has knocked down everyone they have faced in 44 fights. He has game changing power, there is a reason why AJ has nope gone out of his way to chase this fight
This fight will actually also be a test of Sugar Hill vs Malik Scott ie which trainer designs the better game plan. In the Canelo GGG rematch, Abel Sanchez failed badly whereas Canelos coach came up with a much improved game plan for his fighter.
I agree, also Fury will be and should be a huge favourite and rightly so, we all saw Fury put a beating on Wilder, it was ridiculously one sided. But, when you have Wilders power, you always have a chance and then it's all about how Wilder tries to land that power. Wilder isn't outboxing Fury, he has to have learnt his lesson, if not then he is in serious trouble but with Scott in his corner I think they will go back to what he does best with a twist or two, not a whole list of changes but a couple of little things and get Wilder back to being a savage. I've gone with Wilder twice, I've been embarrassed twice, Fury was good in the first fight and excellent in the second. But, I'm still going with Wilder, third time lucky, it will have to be Wilder landing a nuke and I think he will.
Wilder is a live dog but Fury will be heavily favored. It all comes to how well Fury has prepared, and his mindset gojng into the fight. If he prepares serious and focused that is most of the battle. Wilder is Wilder, a big right hand.
