I'm thinking if Joshua beats Wlad it maybe Joshua that Wilder fights next. It seemed like Hearn was trying to steer Joshua in his direction before by fighting two US heavyweights to build a fight against Wilder. Hearn has outlined his plan for Ortiz which included Ortiz fighting in the US next spring, so it's likely he's planning for Joshua to fight in the US next spring with Ortiz on the undercard. So maybe that's what Hearn is looking to do, unify against Wlad this year, then unify for against Wilder next year to hold all 3 major belts leaving us with one final mouth watering unification fight with Parker in the summer in the UK in an open air stadium. If Wilder is looking to cash out this would be an obvious route. With all three big belts on the line the WBC, IBF and WBA in can be promoted in the US for the undisputed title and could bring in big PPV money from both sides of the Atlantic.
I would guess Hearn's ideal plan (should Joshua keep winning, over the next 12 months) would be- 1. Klitschko next in a unification 2. Tyson Fury at the Millenium early next year if Fury is back. 3. David Haye at Wembley in the summer 4. Deontay Wilder in the USA next Dec Then after that you have Parker and Ortiz in 2018
