He was 19 when he fought them.
And green wasn't knocked out by anyone ever.his only stoppage loss was when he quit because he wasn't getting paid.

Quick Tillis had better movement and footowrk thana time deontay ever fought.
So yes, Tyson probably lays out anyone deontay fought as long as they show up to win and not hug

Evander not thinking right...Look at the level Wilders punch does damage. He hits hard, but lets not talk too much wank about it

When Wilder sets up his right properly it's as dangerous a shot as you can get, but he is an ugly finisher. No poise at all.

    40 fights 39 knockouts.

Name me any fighter current or in history who has/had that record?

He has tremendous power and that overhand right comes with so much speed.

I've never seen someone punch through a guard like he does.

The only way to beat him is to knock him out because that shot can come at any time.

Wilder clearly hits hard, very hard, those huge levers allow him to generate tremendous force and his speed allows him to deliver it in an instant.

Problem he mainly has is being able to deliver that power. Hence why a number of guys he's KO'ed have been stopped sooner by other fighters. Once he is able to find his mark his power is no doubt astonishing at times but that inability to deliver that power as effectively as others might be the thing that undoes him, seeing him KO'ed before he can himself find the range for his own punches to get the KO first.

He isn't just a demonically fast and hard puncher, his finishing is brutal as well.

Tyson's aggressiveness lays all Wilder's opponents within 3, not his power.

Tillis had ****, he lost over 20 times and got knocked out about 10 times and Mitch Green only fought bums except for Berbick and Tyson.

If Mike Tyson would have been the monster you think he was who would knock everyone out within 3, he would have done the same with Mitch Green and James Tillis.

But i guess you think Green and Tillis would be champions in todays heavyweight generation.

Your avi speaks for itself, don't expect another response.

Don’t think you can talk trash about him being only 19. His prime was from 19-24. He was never the same fighter after 1991.

He also went 12 rounds with James Bonecrusher Smith and Tony Tucker back in 1987.

    Excuses for those ones?

Oh and just a heads up Mitch Green was a complete bum. Don’t pretend he should have given Tyson as much trouble as he did, if he was this unstoppable force who stops everyone today in less than 3 rounds.

Green gave tyson no Trouble at all.
Bonecrusher Held on for dear life and lost every minute of every round.
Prime undefeated tucker was really really good and would beat everyone today. He was ducked twice by the lineal champ at the time when he was mandatory. He beat an in shape and motivated douglas, got ducked by Spinks lost vs Tyson and took 3 years off boxing and became addicted to crack and still managed to get ducked by foreman when he was champ and give prime Lewis a good fight when he was shot and his legs were almost gone

Since when is losing every round "giving someone trouble"??? If everyone who lasted rounds with Tyson "gave him trouble" why are the same people claiming prime Tyson would fold up and quit against anyone who fought back and wasn't scared?

The only boxer today who was MOBILE enough to last with Tyson while actually trying to win is a good version of fury. The rest just doesn't move and evade well.
The post Ali/80s era of contenders had a very high percentage of skilled boxers who could move and avoid taking too much punishment. 90s was an era of Punchers.

The guys today are simply too big and stationary and would get lit up by Tyson/Holyfield/lewis.
There really has been a drastic decline in pure boxing skill in the HW division. They are huge and punch hard but
Guys like tubbs/Douglas/tucker/Thomas were 10 times better boxers.

Prime Tyson easily knocked out better and younger versions of tubbs, Biggs, Holmes, stewart etc
That guys like Lewis Bowe and Holyfield struggled badly with several years later

Today's HWs are all STIFF BIG AND SLOW.
Half of them are NFL rejects because these days there are just far less painful ways for big athletic guys to earn just as much or more money than to get bashed I the head.
Fury is the only one who can actually box like the great HWs before boxing lost its popularity.

Povetkin and Ortiz too but they're old and their bodies are wrecked from having to go off the juice.

Just the eye test should tell any long time boxing fan that the average alphabet titlist from the 80s is 10 times the boxer that AJ is.

Prime Tyson would light them up, prime Holyfield would light them up.
Lennox Lewis could probably beat half of the top 10 right now as a 50 year old man.
